Imo Counter helix is absolutely the best defensive ability for creep round at the moment, it can also hold loser stacks if you got borrowed time / false promise to hold the dmg before 5 spins Wait, aeon disk + ex machina is super clever, never thought about it.
If back track works the same way the old version did, creeps having minus damage/ dmg reduction will heal you. Just like before with Wind Runner, aka Wind Ranger, having dmg reduction on her focus fire heals Void through back track.
At 1h8m or so I looked at progress bar and thought "baumi's gonna die to not refreshing isn't he". Not entirely accurate, but not too far off either. At worst, refreshing on time means 1 more blademail and maledict. At best, if baumi counted almost 3 ticks and extended maledict, the refreshed maledict will deal damage based on when it was first cast, doing actually exponentially (albeit with a pretty low base. Specifically 1+ (40% reduced by mr, dr, etc) base) more damage. edit: tested with lv30 witch doc against lv30 axe, no gear except max dagon on witch doc. Maledict->dagon ticks for 331 + 477 + 684. Maledict->dagon (wait almost 3 ticks) -> maledict again then ticked for 977 + 1390 If with perfect timing it's possible to get a 6th tick (which I doubt), that last tick would do 1959 Due to natural regen, more damage deal will mean the ratio can be slightly higher. Thou resistances bring it down. But the idea should stand, chained maledict scales exponentially.

i wonder how damage calculation work the creep doesnt deal any damage because baumi have lot of armor. but they have 0 damage... even if your armor is -1000 or the creep deal 10x of the damage 0x10 still 0...
I finally understand how baumi was still getting blown the fuck up by Onyx. Mirror blocks one instance of finger but the other instances delete him. Im guessing counter spell also only deals with one instance. When he does it together does he block enough instances of finger that he doesnt die. At least its what i think i understand
The shield reflects the spell, not just the dmg. Finger has a delay before dealing dmg but the spell itself is already registered by that moment. And baumi used shield right after the spell hit but before it dealt dmg
