Found a good deal on a used Morningstar TS-60 charge controller, for $100. Aussie money. I couldn't resist. Not hooked up yet as I have more than enough energy on & in my Van. Not long after, I saw another ad' for a TS 45, local to me for $450. + $125 for the monitor. Pass. Been bingeing for a couple of hours. They fired over half their employees late last year and sourced better people after a year long review. Not sure they got better, but this build is a huge change from their old program.

Who needs the Grid when you can just buy an Ecoflow 3 I'm surprised they are not out of stock of their 1kwh Ecoflow its like under $600 right now. It's nice that they specialize in battery back up and essential things most people need during a power outage. I'm definitely going buy this for a whole home ups. Then just add the 1kwh version on heavy loads and essential appliances. Backups to backups x2. Thank you for sharing this very informative video. I had no idea they had a duel fuel generator I thought it was just gasoline, going to check review videos the run time on propane. Yes they do need to work on their solar panel prices. If they can make a 200W CIGS panel for cheaper than the current price. I wouldn't mind buying them.
Seriously, I think everyone in every house needs one with at least the extra battery and 1200+ watts solar. Keep the fridge and freezer on it all the time, and have it always ready for the next Elite Caused Catastrophe! Plus, A neighbor hood with some lights on in a power down SHTF scenario is a safer place from thugs!
Do you feel like the ecoflow would work well as a ups for a sump pump? We have frequent power outages and it seems like the standard 12v back up pumps never last and we just jad a water powered back up just stick and run 52,000 gallons!😮
Most sump pumps are about 360 watts so yes. But the question is how many times a hour it cycles, does it run constant? This would be the ultimate solution, plenty of cost upfront but 52,000 gallon water bill OUCH!!! It would run a sump pump for many days for sure. More than about anything else on the market. So yes, I would recommend one for that. Just put it on the main floor, and run a cord down to the pump area so you can monitor it and also use it's other outlets as need calls for it.

You can invest in a pair of these, run 5 of each 250 panel into each of them, and be powered fully for no more worse total cost than DIY methods. I only wish in 2012 when I started my off grid program that these were around. I could do 3 of this and 3 extra batteries and 4000 watts solar and be done, just done!!!

I can’t understand why the solar is so limited it would be nearly impossible to charge 12 kW of battery if you filled it up with all of the external batteries for one single unit
Total solar on each one would be 2600 watts ( 1600 high input and 1000 low input ). A 4000 watt power station is not going to run at 4000 constant watts in a home install scenario so you base it on average hourly use, and if your drawing over that amount compared to the solar charging ability then YES it is not enough. Generally 60%/40% is the STORAGE BATTERY/SOLAR INPUT math so it's actually close to average of a built DIY system.
@@JOHNDANIEL1 to be clear, sir, I'm a fan of all of these power stations however, the Blueitti AC 300 can take 2400 W of solar and the AC 500 can take 3000. I may end up getting a Delta pro 3 I feel that with the unit that can have up to 12 kW of storage should have more solar capability because given the 60 V limit it's gonna be really hard to get 1000 W out of that particular MPPT controller
I think if your able to get 2 of the units and 2 of the batteries your power to solar ability will be very optimum. Since they work so well as a modular build it's easy and safe to do that process.

A customer just got an induction stove for their house and she gave me all her revere ware because it will not work with that system. I never knew until today and you made a video with an induction portable stove. Very nice, but cant afford it. My battery system is built and been working on new projects. Motorcycle shop. I would really like to see you pull that thing apart. See what's inside? See what components Ecoflow is using. It's the only way to do an "unbiased " review of the product Its a growing issue on TH-cam. Channels getting free stuff. Just to do a quick review on their product. $3600 dollars is a big investment. If it was your hard earned cash. Not getting it for free. Would you buy it?
Total Free means you follow their script, and yes, every damn one sent out for free is the best thing since sliced bread and 50% off hooker coupons! But, I fail at that program. But she did get it, they just gave a sweet and good discount and code for the extra battery. Had to use that Affirm credit but it's building her credit and it's zero interest. We will have 70% the price of just the unit total into both the unit and the battery so yes, big $$ off to do the video, but not free. We got lots of offers for free all the time, but it is pure strings attached to them. Just too much a rebel to play that with them, and free means if it's crap they still want you to call it OK. Just can't do that, got to have skin in the game, just like the batteries and other stuff I use. Send me a 75% off coupon, then OK. Send it for a pay off review, NO!

You likely don't understand the factors. Yes, Genuine is the word. Honda small engines have been made in China since 2014 and the "genuine ones" are made under license by Lifan. They also have a branch called Young Motive Power who makes the Kawasaki, Yamaha and Daewoo Subaru Robin under license. Any other "makers" have to be avoided since they are not the same as the factory models for Japan brands sales.
I'd love to have a Delta Pro 3. I bought a Vatrer 12V 460ah with Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth is crap and doesn't operate at all unless I am within 12 inches of the battery. I complained to the company and they have been made aware and are redesigning, but that doesn't help me. They suggested I drill a hole or cut a section from the steel case and pull the bluetooth module out and string it up somewhere outside the battery case. So disappointed in my Vatrer battery ... 🙄
I had the same problem with the 460 when I got it, the blue tooth is up against the frame wrong way, the panel antenna in it is being cancelled, flip it and move it over some it started working to about 30 feet on mine. As for the cells in them, very good quality and matched but longevity and time is the informant in this crime drama!
Can I connect a wind turbine to that unit?
No but you can use a 36 volt slave battery and a 48 volt turbine to send it power made from a turbine with some random control and distributing parts.
