Hi Marieta, welcome. I'm in New Zealand, in case you hadn't figured that out. It's lovely to see new people starting to make their own jewellery - be careful though - it's very addictive :).
I just recently discovered your channel and I am thoroughly enjoying watching you create. You do beautiful work and have great ideas. You are a great teacher. I am learning so much from you about jewelry making. Thank you!
Loved your design and the different type of beads used in this necklace. I’m new to beading and appreciate the way you explain all the steps you use to make a piece of jewelry.
Thank you so much, Stella. I'm so pleased that you found this one useful. You might find this video useful as well. th-cam.com/video/JbkWBBTpm-Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UQ3asq6J1XZ5oZZ0
Hello Carol, I just found you on TH-cam for the 1st time today. I spent the entire day watching your past videos. I've only been designing for 3 years. In 2020 during Covid lock down is when I discovered I had this natural ability. It's full time now I'm retired. I'm always eager and ready to learn new things in designing for my new business. ✨️
Wow, thank you so much Lorena. It's lovely to hear that you are enjoying the videos. You are so lucky to be designing jewellery full time. I run the shop so don't get to do as much as I'd like. Is there anything in particular you would like to see in the future? I'm always looking for ideas.

I love the way you put the beads together .Your channel is refreshing and creative .I discovered it today and watch it all day !🙂I started making jewelry 5 months ago . In this tutorials I find some great tips which I find very helpful .Thank You very much for sharing this valuable knowledge and experience with us .🥰
Thank you so much, Linda. You are so welcome. This necklace turned out to be one of my very favourites and you will see me wearing it a lot in my videos.

You have beautiful jewelry. I love this necklace. I’m from Rochester, NY. I thoroughly enjoy watching your show. More power to you. I would love to bead like you do. I’m only starting to bead now. It helps me because I have panic attacks. So far it has been helping me.

So glad to have found your channel! Love this necklace. Your explanation is so appreciated! Your suggestions will take my beading to a different level and I thank you.
Thank you Wilma, I'm so pleased you like it, and that you agree. I'm really happy that I did remove them. I actually filmed this a few weeks ago and I've worn this many times since I made it.
Nice vid!eo! Your relaxed style and even tone is calming, it sets a receptive mood. I tend to learn more in that type environment. I enjoy working with hematite beads but not the annoying magnetic issues. If you heat the beads it eliminates the magnetic power. I use my oven or even a toaster oven, 200⁰ or so for :15-:20. Of course results may vary but I immediately treat all hematite beads when they arrive, including the colorful ones. (I really like the colorful cubes for random earrings.) I agree the length you selected is perfect for your top in the video. I always add a 3"-4" extender to necklaces I offer for purchase so clients have more flexibility. I do add beads to the extender so there's a cohesive look, never just chain unless the ends of the necklace are chains. I also utilize split rings in lieu of jumprings for lobster claw clasps. I have purchased them locally and via ebay. Of course since you have a shop you could promote your own split rings. For heavier, chunky necklaces and bracelets I usually add 2 split rings.
Thank you so much for your kind words. My daughter tells me that she puts my videos on if she can't sleep because my voice is calming - I think it's funny! I didn't know that you could heat the hematite to remove the magnetic feature. So many of my customers are actually looking for the magnetic beads. Great advice regarding the extender. I have never made a beaded one but maybe I should start. Thank you.

I am using the stretch magic and have tried twice but the crimp bead doesn't stay on. If I squish it twice it breaks apart. Any suggestions?
