Charlie is my real estate advisor, he is highly professional, awesome to work with,he helped me land on a great condo recently, I highly recommend him!
Obviously I'm not even close to the target market for this, but paying $5 million AND STILL having to pay $70,000/year in HOAs is just wild to me. Looks amazing though.
I'm still stuck at 2 BR💀 I don't see how this can be worth the 5M even considering it being at the Seaport. I guess you see things differently when you're in a certain tax bracket.

The HOA fees are costly for sure. Pretty typical though in most luxury buildings with this level of amenities & services.
wow this is amazing!
Agreed!
Floors are too dark for my tastes, Large unit for sure, Balconies a must at that price point.
Fair enough
Views primarily include other buildings with a sliver of harbor. Should be called steelfront, not waterfront.
Yeah it's not my favorite unit in the building. The condos on the other side have much better views, mainly of the harbor.
@luxuryboston what's the good side go for? In case I hit the lottery! Haha.
@@treborheminway3814 East facing! Towards the harbor and islands. I have a tour of one of the units on my channel offered at $9.2M.
Can i contact information?

2 BR, $5.2 million + $5000 HOA. Mediocre views. Unremarkable unit. Small pool. So not worth it.
For people who want to live in a new construction, full service Seaport building it is.

You paid too much. That prices should 5k square feet and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
@@chebrubin The average price per square foot in the Seaport is $2,080 per foot… this is also the newest development in the neighborhood.
Can i suggest growing your youtube channel.
Huh?
He only has 1.2 k more subs than you lmao
