Depends on which space and for how long. The golf simulator, movie theater, and parts of the gym can be booked at no additional cost.

It’s low considering the price & amenities you get. Homes in this range are usually 4K+ a month.

Why do apart,emts not have proper entry foyers anymore. I don’t like that you walk right into the kitchen island. Pass!
