Hey Charlie!!! My name's Paul. I got my real estate license in mass last year. What you are doing is exactly what I wanted to do. You are doing a great job man. I've seen enough of these types of videos to know you have something special. Keep going
Fine tour Chuck! Keep it up! BTW the reason this sick crib is flooded with natural light is because the sun is near the horizon and the windows have no shades lol
NEVER!! Not one single fire suppression sprinkler in the entire unit which means the entire building is lacking in safety. I get I’d have to spend more money, but even $2.3M for waterfront in Boston is still no where near enough of a bargain for me with that defect.

Hey Paul! Thanks for this comment, I really appreciate it.
I love that building. My uncle lived there in the 80's-90's.
@@wysiwyg88888 It’s a great building! Fantastic location & services.
@@luxuryboston Yes! The units have a very homey feel. New England Aquarium and so much more is right there.
Always a good day when Charlie posts
Thanks for watching!
I pass these buildings all the time and yes the outside doesn't look great but that apartment has some great views.
Yeah the building architecture isn’t my favorite but you certainly do get fantastic views.
Love the views!
Agreed!
Amazing unit!
I agree! Thanks for watching!
Is this still on the market?
@@jamess.2491 Currently off market but still for sale. Would you like to come see it in person?
Fine tour Chuck!
Keep it up!

Thank you!
What about laundry
@@xa3558 Right before you step into the primary bedroom there’s a laundry closet.
Wine next to the fridge is a mistake. Exposes the wine to heat.
I was wondering about this as well - do you think this is still an issue even with a $8K+ brand new SubZero fridge?
Why is this just not very thrilling?
@@aussiestallion69 Not sure
The ceiling seems low... the door is also nearly touching the ceiling.
I agree it definitely looks low on video - this is because I am 6 foot 5 inches tall lol.

@@kenc1000 There are other systems in place.
