We understand the cameraman is in love with you, but it would be cool if he showed us the house instead of focusing on you.
Now i feel like there is no need to watch, i wish if they focus on the details like Enes
🤣🤣
lol
😂😂
What do you expect from a channel like this?
Not Ryan explaining an entryway we never get to see LMAO!
Gotta have your cameraman show us what you are talking about. No foyer mirror and closet or secret room. I’d like to see them
I see why I prefer Enes' videos because I've seen more of Ryan's close ups than the details he was talking about 🤣🤣
ENES IS THE MASTER
agreed
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@Elliot-Ivan That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@LukeSamuel89 My advisor is VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA;
You can look her up online
@@Elliot-Ivan The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
"private backyard" is so ironic when you show a million windows in the next building looking in
************ who wants to live in a place...
where each floor is a small closed-off shoebox
where you have to walk 7 flights of stairs or take an elevator each time to get to the next shoebox
where there are dozens of widows in buildings across the street to see you in each Shoebox
where someone can smash a window and stroll on in at any time
where you buy a 175k electric car only to drive it in 30-foot increments to then stop and wait 3 minutes before driving another 30 feet to do it all over again.
where the largest migrant crisis in United States history is taking place at your doorstep
where you can't walk the streets in daylight without looking over your shoulder
Only a salesman as good as Ryan S. could have the gall to ignore all these issues and tell you this is the best place he has ever seen and tell you to write a check for 20 million dollars while at the same time ignoring all the negatives and still perhaps closing this.
Great cardio! lol @@e.s.5529
Is the rooftop oasis private enough for you?
@@stevemanninghomeinsight60 if you enjoy looking at brick walls and other peoples window ac after you spend 17 million, it's not bad.
Exactly 😀 Emperor has no clothes
THAT’S how you sell anything let alone a house!
the detailing in explanation and creating an experience and atmosphere via video format or in person for the consumer/buyer is extremely important and useful. it’s not just “this is a bathroom” you SELL!
this was a good watch and opportunity to learn. thank you 🙏🏽
The mansion introduced by Ryan never disappoint!
Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍😄👏
His ev thing was too much and lost many people

First few secs looked like a BMW ad for min😂
Was waiting for the skip add button to appear 😅
Exactly...
The first few secs ARE a BMW ad! 😂
Because it is
It looks like it because it is.
That car doesn't even fit in that tiny garage.
You do know that garages are wider inside than their outside door width right? Looks like standard townhome garage to my eye.
I was thinking the same thing, why not pull into the garage and hook it
Up To the charger ???
It looks dated. The alu and glass stairways. The white walls. It looks like a trip back to 2005.
I literally don't recall 2005 decor having looked like this.

of all the moments you had in this place which moment spoke to you the most on a scale of momentyness great tour
At first I thought it was a BMW ad. 🤔
Then I thought it wasn't. 😵💫
Then I realized it WAS! 😄
so many hate comments. but Ryan is really really good at storytelling, he has really grown a lot, not just stagnated like most people after they reach success.
Seeing Ryan Serhant do his job is great. He is able to tell you the details of the townhouse in such a way that you create a whole story in your own head. The idea with the BMW i7 is also very creative. Really nice townhouse.
Well said👏🏾 People may get mad, say oh, he’s arrogant or whatever but this is why he successful. He put so much enthusiasm into his work. Even on million dollar listening, when I used to watch that reality show he let nobody walk all over him. To build his brand
16:27 thats a very beautiful dining area
Talk about mastering your craft! I’m more impressed with the presentation that Ryan did showing this house than I am the said house! Not that the house isn’t great, it definitely is but after watching MDLNY from day I love seeing how far he has come. Not just professionally either. He is winning life and I love that for he and his whole family!
7000+ sf but no room. Every space looks incredibly cramped.
It's the staging

Love love LOVE this! Acrylic treads! wow-brilliant! Great tour Mr S.
Another fail! Do no...repeat DO NOT compare this to a European homely feel. There's NO selling this to us! The "garage" is ridiculous and will always be blocked! There's no views, the "private" garden has at least 50 windows staring into it from above! Its cold and impossible to heat it adequately! And the entrance is like an office!
wow gorgeous townhouse. The garage is an incredible luxury in itself lol loved that rooftop and the courtyard. Some super chill outdoor spots.
Love this home. Sure it has downsides but there is something about this place that is special
European elegance meets modern amenities. Private parking and BMW i7 are amazing. Acrylic stairs and spa-like suite are exceptional. Rooftop deck is a dream. Luxury living at its finest. Great job showcasing the unique features.
Storyteller Extraordinaire!!
I was ‘sold’ within the first four minutes!
Looks like a great channel.
No way would I live in New York, but Ryan's got me hyped about this spot.
There is a reason why this has been for sale for years and has gone from agent to agent…
wait rlly?
@@alexandervaililiyes google the address.
For that price, the 8’ ceilings would be a big turn off.
Love it! ❤❤❤
An immense amount of detail was designed into every part of this structure. It is an amazing concept piece that came to life. The owner will be paying for a life experience and artistic aesthetic. Awesome! 🔑
I am 5:20 minutes in...1-the car did not seem to fit and 2-what was going on with the floor on the fireplace (where the fireplace meets the floor)....was that an amazing detail or unfinished?
That’s my boy Ryan ,nicely done Sir .You aced it champ.
Best marketing video I’ve seen! Ryan! So upbeat!!! 👊🏻 I even wanted to buy it when he started petting the marble in the shower! 😅
oh wow that keyboard artwork is actually really cool
If you are not from NYC you don't understand the power of a bluejay.
Great presentation, next level. This should be in a sales textbook course.
The entry way gives office building and I love it.
It's funny how Ryan highlights that the house can charge an electric vehicle. As if that would be a deal breaker for anyone looking to buy this house. "What do you mean this house won't allow me to charge my Tesla?" "What other houses can you show me?"
Ryan! Really loved the intro!
The house is amazing too. Maybe a bit too modern for my taste... It's not a traditional townhouse, not that it's a bad thing.
Incredible Townhome!!! SO.MUCH. TALKING. RYAN! damn.....
THIS GUY COULD SELL YOU A PAPER BOX 😂
1:08 advertising of bmw
Peak insanity,. 18 500 000usd for a staircase with no views and a garage which can't even fit the car :D I

Beautiful house, But are people still buying in New York city right now?
I've heard a lot of families are moving out of new york because of the migrant situation.
Love you Ryan and say Hi to Emilia 😋
I like house construction so I love this
incredible walkthrough!
i was like 11 watching you now I just truned 20 gonna pursue real estate my grandfather was a developer as a second career and or life
Hi Ryan, loved your show. Hope things are going well. I’ll take two of this listing. Kidding. Send a senior to buy my 819sq condo on 9 hole golf course in a desirable town in Florida. Around 200,000 completely furnished not listed. Too many amenities to list. Many NY moving to my area. Thank you handsome guy
Your videos are always great quality you can really sell it to people nice townhouse i could see.myself with a glass of champagne in that hottub
That home is beautiful and he's entertaining😊
The moment for "moments" is over. Music was horrible. Take a moment to reflect 😔
bro did 3 ads in one video hats of to ryan always the best
Why the recycling center on your wrist?
Similarly, what's with the trash bags all over the street and the homeless guy puking next to this door on google maps? I wouldn't pay more than $3.00 for this place.
Hi
Piece of advice: please, decrease music volume, -20% would be great:) thank you
Here's something you don't know until you know: large showers like that are FREEZING.
omg i love an electric charging station
If I want to see a BMW ad, I watch a BMW ad. Not a house tour.
Minetta Lane is a cozy little "off the beaten path" street in the west village, been there many times as a shortcut. one block up, you got 6th avenue and bleecker street with all the frat kids bar-hopping. that 'hood has been losing its "charm" for years now :/
Stunning place and very well presented
Nice house but certainly not very well presented. The cameraman is so in love with Ryan that he focuses on him instead of showing us the house. For example, Ryan will say: "Look at this marvelous staircase...", but the camera will never show us the staircase. Instead, the cameraman will focus on Ryan.
@edwardfitzgerald3877 Who is, Michael?

BMW sponsorship is such a flex
That's what you have to do in Bavaria, if you want to make everyone hate you.
Al Pacino's apartment from Serpico's is on that street.
No, I think it was gay street.

No one needs that much vertical space. For less money you have better options in the city.
awesome job Ryan with the house tour vlog drop al like
Thank you, BMW.
I liked the white tent Glass looks futuristic
a bit exaggerated.. forced the marketing tour a bit too much...
Big up from Djibouti 🇩🇯
Looks like I just walked into my lawyers office.
Lmao the New Jersey plates on the car 😂
Ryan (and his tours!) are like Marmite.
Would love to see this great property without commentary from Ryan
This guy will say anything to sell property
Pay so much money to have the neighbors a few feet away, looking into your house...🤔
Didn’t Ryan tour this same townhouse last year, with the much younger agent?
💛💛💛
The BMW sponsorship money must had been real good...
3:23 to 3:26 🤣👏🏾🤣 right on Ryan
Huge fan of yours and have been following you for years now. But your content has been so overselling it actually makes it feel forced.
Not every single part of a home has to be over the top steroid times 50000 to the infinity, amazing. Lol

Man, you got a beamer! Can I come work for your team?! New York is exciting!
Might have to cop
Wait nvm I’m not royalty
Loved the editing style for the intro. The living room opening up into the private backyard was such a gorgeous space.
Every BMW which is sold to the US, I don't have to look at here in Munich.

We should tell Enes to make tour for this Townhousew. Who are agree with this?
Never seen such a small big house before.
The best part of the house is the BMW

You ever say a word so many times it loses meaning? Thats "moment" in this video and it already doesnt mean what he is trying to make it mean. Good lord.
