    Great location. And huge space. But jeepers it’s boring, cold, and lacks character. And definitely way too sterile to raise kids let alone make great memories. “Modern” is the antithesis of what Beacon Hill’s about. It’s a shame the developer fought its heritage.

    I was stepping out upon the city from my suite and there was a stinky man. I was very frighten and had to quickly run into my subway. I started to cry but one day I will heal.

    Expensive property, but the worst kitchen design. Great Gaggenau appliances, but designed like for rental property. Cheap cabinetry, literally zero drawers and cheap quartz countertops. Waterfall solid surface island sides? Is this 2005 again? Maximum spent $15K on cabinetry and $40K on appliances. So sad. Appliances for a chef, but cabinetry for the student.

    Yes! It is luxury apartments. But how many people can afford it? Take a look the price!! So many luxury apartments buildings were built in Boston lately, many of them are “available”, why? those apartments are not built for solving the issues of lacking rental houses for young professionals, with such high price, many young professionals can’t afford at all. Boston is way too much at some points!

    I think that all of Charlie's videos (including this one) are good for viewing more than once, usually with sound for the sake of information, and sometimes without sound just for the sake of quiet thoughtful aesthetic observations. When I viewed Charlie's previous Beacon Hill video (posted 3-13-2024), I was hoping for another Beacon Hill visit eventually, and now we have one thanks to this newest video! 🙂

    My friend purchased a beautiful loft in the theater district, and she paid 2 million dollars. The flooring was so thin that you could hear the downstairs neighbor stirring his coffee. She was forced to sue the developer, and she got her money back with interest. It took almost 2 years. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before buying. She is a powerful Boston attorney with lots of connections, which is why she was able to get her money back.

    Hi! Do you know if any of these will be subsidized? Boston is in desperate need of more affordable/mixed income housing so hopefully this does. Especially being right below accessible public transit - a dream come true for so many!
