Thanks for sharing this list of crowdfunding games. I was expecting this to be a list of current campaigns, but it was interesting to see a mix of old campaigns, current campaigns, and upcoming campaigns. Everdell is one of my favorite games, and I backed Wondrous Creatures because the worker placement mechanic with long meeples looks intriguing. The art is great too! Navoria and Everstone caught my eye, too, but I opted to pass on those. I backed Floe for $1 to get access to the pledge manager and will probably get the game after I try it out on Tabletop Simulator. The same goes for The Old King's Crown. And good luck with Earthborne Rangers. I backed the second printing, too, and it seems like a more unique kind of campaign game. Excited to see how it differs from those I've tried so far (Pandemic Legacy, Jaws of the Lion, Mechs vs Minions, ISS Vanguard, LotR: Journeys in Middle-Earth).
Loved your channel and content, please keep them coming, I swear I could listen to you speaking all day long, easily, it feels so natural, like a close friend just talking about things they are passionate about. About campaign games, the tip is to not stress them, you see? And try to never play only them. Open the game night with it, maybe, then play something else, and give it a time to play it again (not much time so you also don't lose the momentum). I'm sure you and your husband will have a blast. All the best for you and your amazing channel. Cheers from Brazil/Portugal!
Thank you so much, that is so nice to hear and it means the world to me. That's great advice about the campaign games, I think I'll have to try it with my husband!
@@stormburns , You know what? I had no idea it was so new, but wow! This channel is ROCKING for being like a week old. I think it just popped up on my TH-cam recommendations and I saw Honey Buzz in the thumbnail. Clicked over and subscribed. Good games, Good vibes. Happy to be here!
My wife and I really enjoy playing campaign games (whether they are short 10-12 games like My Island or Sagrada or a full blown big campaign like Gloomhaven). I also find we tend to get campaign games to the table more because we enjoy seeing what comes next.
I love the idea of a campaign game! Getting really into an ongoing story sounds amazing, but I've always let myself be intimidated by the idea of them. I'm really hoping to break through that nervousness soon with Earthborne Rangers!
I want Tokyo Highway, too, but it's like $70 for the game w/expansions and $30 shipping. Same with the recent Gamefound campaign for Conservas, it's only $24, but shipping to the US is another $15.
I’ve also had Floe on my list for what feels like 2 years now. I’m very excited for that one too. I like a lot of Henry Audubon’s games and you can’t beat that artwork.
I have never bought through kickstarter before. But I am very curious about Alterra: Age of Exploration 😊 We bought My lill Everdell to our 7 year old for Christmas.. and now I really want to try Everdell and all the expansions 😅😅 I had to search up Floe asswell. Loving the artwork, thanks for great tips 👌
Thank you for watching! I've seen all good things about Alterra, but I needed to look more into it before I added it to my list! As for Everdell, I highly recommend it! ;)
hi just found your channel - would it be possible to make the pictures you show the size of the screen, leave them up longer, and add a few per game - it's very hard to see the parts of the game when the picture is so small on the screen, and hard to to see everything in only a few seconds - if not, that's ok - just asking - thanks
I've backed Critter Kitchens as well and it is my 2nd most anticipated game for 2024. I am also still waiting on Honey Buzz FF. My most anticipated game for 2024 is Harvest (the solo mode looks fun as it adds scenarios). I almost backed Wondrous Creatures... looks great... but didn't because I am trying to cut back on games I'm backing (and buying in general). I like the picture of Kelp you put up... those green pieces do look great! Can I recommend you leave the box cover on throughout for the game you are discussing? It helps those of us with ADD.
I'm also a HUGE Bosley fan. FLOE looks so great. It's my most anticipated Kickstarter right now. Just like you when it launches, I'll shout "TAKE MY MONEY!"

Shipping is so crazy right now, I totally get the hold up on wanting to preoder games!
Subscribed! I'm excited for more videos - I'm interested in these games too!!

Yeah, I can try to do that better in the future! :)
Earthborne Rangers is great! But you have to be in the right vibe for it, dont rush it!
I'm so excited to play it! Thanks for the advice!
GJ - making these informative vids !
Glad you like them! Thanks you so much!

Yes I will keep that in mind on my upcoming videos, thank you for the advice!!
Will you be doing an unboxing/review of Lore? I'm interested to see if the game is worth buying 😊
I am planning on it! I'm super excited to get that video done! :)

I'm right there with you!!!
Just saying, I needed this video to be like a week ago plus so I wouldn't have to make late pledges LOL
Haha I'm so sorry I couldn't have published it sooner!! :)
