I will question your use of Roar and Whirlwind on everything, since those moves’ only purpose is to escape from wild encounters.
I don’t doubt that these moves could be useful; they just don’t really fit my playstyle. (I prefer to either kill everything in my path, or use Repel.)
This will be my last comment. I’ve watched the whole series, and I did find it enjoyable. I look forward to seeing what else you come up with in the future.

Admittedly I couldn't remember if Roar/Whirlwind also swapped out Pokemon in Gen 1 or if that was only a later Generation thing. Tbh if it didn't then that's an error on my part but tbf the available move-pool for the Pokemon I even had that option listed for was rather limited to begin with in Gen 1. I'm glad you enjoyed the series and I hope you'll tune in when I release the next installment covering the Johto region!

    Went back to review Articuno.
In later gens it is pretty bad due to being a defensive Ice type, and has made its way onto at least one “worst legendaries” list.
Haven’t really considered how good it may or may not be in Gen I when compared to other Ice Pokémon.
That’s even though I did a playthrough of Yellow in which I had all 3 legendary birds on my team.
All their level up movesets are disappointing. But in my opinion, Zapdos (which learns Drill Peck) is the best, and Moltres (whose second Fire move is Fire Spin) is the worst.

True, Zapdos has always been the best of the Legendary Bird Trio in Gen I. Moltres, I agree, is still among the worst of the three but Articuno isn't much better either. I did however figure it was worth looking at Articuno within the context of being a Gen I Ice type, one of the few answers to Dragon Types, despite it being considered pretty bad. I hope you enjoyed the video and I appreciate you taking the time to comment on all the videos throughout the series!
