Dr.Ellis Here is my wishlist for you. 1. Eye cream to treat dark circles and hyperpigmentation 2. Lip balm to treat hyperpigmentation 3. Retinaldehyde night serum with Niacinamide 4. A tinted sunscreen that addresses UVA/UVB/Blue Light/HEV 5. A gentle anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner. Most dandruff products in the market are super drying and don't really nourish the scalp. If you could combine zinc pyrithione with other anti-inflammatory ingredients and hydrating ingredients, it would be a game changer.
All great suggestions! I’d also add a barrier repair body lotion with ceramides and a non-greasy hand lotion! (Edit to say “Duh!” The barrier repair cream she has now is for face AND body! 🤦🏽) BTW, I’ve found good success with Nizoral. I know it’s not zinc pyrithione (it’s active ingredient is ketoconazole) but it has greatly reduced the flakes and itch. I cleanse with my usual shampoo, apply the Nizoral and allow it to sit for a couple of minutes while I wash my body, then follow up with condition.
I appreciate this brand so much. As someone who has skin prone to dermatitis and is super sensitive. All the products soothe my skin so much. I am absolutely obsessed and cannot wait to use this. Already ordered and cannot wait to use it.

Absolutely blown away by the formula! ❤✨ I've tried all kinds of Vitamin Cs out there including the $100s and the near $200s and I can't even believe this bottle of gold is just $23. No way I'm spending that much on Skinceuticals even though I'd afford it if there's no other choice on the market - but why would I do that when the price gets me 8 bottles of Prequel Lucent C?! This product is also better (and cheaper actually) than Timeless because it does not pill at all under layered skincare/makeup. I've had a hard time finding the perfect product because they either 1.feel too oily (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate) 2.pill under skincare or makeup (Timeless, or other popular Korean gel-type Vitamin Cs) 3.aren't strong enough (Ascorbyl Glucoside, Vitamin C esters, etc.) 4.don't have a pump container for L-Ascorbic acid (Skinceuticals, Paula's Choice, etc.) Lucent C steers clear of every single one of these problems. The product also smells pleasant, and offers a thin layer that does not interfere with the products afterwards. My go-to Superstar from now on. Can't wait to finish leftovers from other brands so I can commit to this hahaha I'll hop on the subscription wagon as soon as the Prequel website offers it! Thank you so much Dr. Ellis for making the product so affordable!!!

You need a retinol (preferably a retinal product), a toner maybe with salicylic acid, and a thicc peptide moisturizer and you will have the perfect skincare line. I can't wait to try this. As soon as I'm done with my current bottle of Timeless, I'm ordering this if it isn't sold out.
Yes most retinaldehyde products are crazy over priced. Medik8 makes a great one but the price is absurd. Naturism just came out with a higher strength retinal cream serum at $33 for 1.7 ounces so it will cost left than half of what the Avene retrinal costs.

I love how watery it looks, this means I can use it in my am routine. I have oily skin and most affordable vitamin Cs I have tried make my skin oily or sticky!
When I finish my current Vit C serum, I’m ordering this. I use the Gleanser and the dermal spray. I gave some of the spray to my teenage son to use on hands and body. It should be available in all high school locker rooms, lol. It takes care of odor so well.
I very recently ordered. I was very disappointed with the customer service reply. Unlike other (US) brands, you are charged to send items back. $8 fee. That’s about 1/2 the cost of the item. We always like to hope for the best when buying but it doesn’t always work out like that.
Exactly my thoughts… the Gleanser did not work for my skin and it was $9 shipping to send back. It makes me hesitant to try other products with my rosacea, eczema skin.

I have been using your other products and love them. The cleanser is in my morning routine. I use the utility ointment on nails, hands, and any dry spot. Just received the body’s lotion so I have not have time to try it… But as soon as I saw the vitamin C…ordered two bottles as soon as the email came in! Awesome! Interesting how the ergothioneine can help boost the stability of ascorbic acid. But could it be that it also makes the vitamin c less active in the skin, less bioavailable? I also like that there is no Vitamin E on the formula! My oily acne prone skin usually does not like it :P On this topic, is this formula safe for acne prone skin? Hi! I have a question, and I don’t know how to send you a DM. I’m going to ask it here and hope that you’re able to respond. It has to do with broken capillaries and Retinoids/vitamin C.. I’ve sent you a couple questions on other videos before, about this same issue that I’m going to ask now. I’ve even looked you up at your clinic in California, wondering if I’d be able to have a consult with you. I really trust your Presence and your knowledge, and have learned quite a lot from you And I’m really happy about this new vitamin C! In the spring I had microneedling done. I’m 100% homebound so somebody came to me to it and I got broken capillaries in my cheeks and on my nose. Because I am filly homebound I can’t get laser treatment and so here I am stuck with my broken capillaries. I am now only at 0.3 Retrinol, having taken 6 months to increase to nightly . (it was never irritating, and i never wanted it to be so I took it extra slow. I have just now made it to nightly). I’m feeling a lot of anxiety about increasing that, because I don’t want to make my capillaries worse. **And I have not yet integrated vitamin C, for that same fear. Would your recommendation-given that you don’t know me at all-be that I increase my retinoid to either a higher percentage of retinol, or to a retinaldehyde-or stay where I’m at and integrate vitamin C? Can I put vitamin C over my broken capillaries? I’ve taken a long time to determine whether I have rosacea, and it doesn’t seem that I do. It really does just seem that these capillaries are from the microneedling and no other cause. But because I’m homebound, I can’t see a dermatologist. And there are no dermatologists where I live (or maybe anywhere) that do house calls . I started wearing an SPF face covering once I got the broken capillaries, and I wear sunscreen and a hat. I’ve been using vitamin K on these poor capillaries. Ive fallen in love with your skincare line but my only question is is it normal that the vitamin c serum feels a little oily when applying it? I just want to make sure that's normal, and that i didn't get a bad one or am usijg it wrong. I make sure to shake mine before applying. Hi Dr Sam I have a critique of this serum: the pump shoots out way too much product/too fast. It sprays all over my floor. It’s way too much for face/neck/chest. Also the serum never fully sinks in and stays greasy on skin surface so hard to put any product/makeup on top without it sliding everywhere. Also, mine came brand new with yellow tint already, not clear like this video. Is it already oxidized?
Dr Sam have you tried the skin1004 probio cream? Im really curious to know where it would fit in your routine, im recommending this because you like the sunscreen from this brand!

Ive fallen in love with your skincare line but my only question is is it normal that the vitamin c serum feels a little oily when applying it? I just want to make sure that's normal, and that i didn't get a bad one or am usijg it wrong. I make sure to shake mine before applying. Hi Dr Sam I have a critique of this serum: the pump shoots out way too much product/too fast. It sprays all over my floor. It’s way too much for face/neck/chest. Also the serum never fully sinks in and stays greasy on skin surface so hard to put any product/makeup on top without it sliding everywhere. Also, mine came brand new with yellow tint already, not clear like this video. Is it already oxidized?
