i bought these in pill form and in gummies and each time it made me nauseous, i went to the website and other people was saying the same thing... the pills are to potent for some people and it makes them sick... so be careful with these

Honestly at the time of me making this video I had no idea that the vitamins was for elderly people, but for some reason, it did help me with my skin and nails . But looking back on it I would not recommend anybody that not elderly to take these vitamins lol 😂
