This is great!! You could do a clear top coat too and then it would be a tray.

Very nice! You could also pour a clear base, paint a scene with acrylic paints, then after that dries, another clear layer. The paint will be accepted into the clear resin. Give that a go.❤
Not true for a color blind person you have a very good insight of blends and shading.

Just one idea (want to try it myself).
You can put a foto or drawing under the first resin layer as a reference to draw.
Love to find out, how good you draw lines too, instead of planes painted.
Also if you want to make a tray, you can put clear resin on top to get a plane surface.
