The blue reminds me of lapis, but I agree the clear one looks like frosted glass. Great job Steve! TYSM for sharing!

I have to say thank you. I wish I could afford to be a member but right now I'm trying to support my mom since my father passed away in March. But anyway I want to thank you. You've given me the courage to try. I just made my first resin pieces. They are pendants with some of the dried flowers from my dad's funeral. I plan on casting the roses I dries in resin cubes but I'm still nervous to do that yet. I watch your videos everyday to have something to smile about. I shared your videos with my mom and she is subscribed to you now too. Thank you so much for you easy going ways, your smiles, your encouragement and showing us that mistakes happen and they are ok. I'm in tears just writing this. Thank you ❤

This is beautiful, and the clear one is definitely better, at least for this purpose. There is something really magical about the finished piece. It mighg be cool on top of a colour changing led of sorts, too.
If I were you, I'd spackle the blue one with something, make it smooth and then make a silicone mould of that, so you could make these with the exact colours you want.
I would have never thought to do this with resin. You are very brave. I would have been afraid of the moisture too. They came out very cool looking. I like both of them. The dragonfly is so cute! God bless❤

Loved both. I would use my pale flesh colored resin pigment because it reminded me of Thing from the Addams Family. I think it would be perfect for Halloween decor. Dragonfly was awesome.
Those are really great! I think I prefer the clear one as well. It does look like frosted glass. The dragonfly added to it makes it even better!

I'm partial to anything blue, but I do like both of them. Another channel I watch uses the YouV dip resin as well as that company's uv clay. Interesting stuff!
The clear looks like an ice sculpture. And with the dragonfly it’s just a beautifully different idea. The blue is ok. But it needs something. Maybe ice or frozen looking piece added. Ideas ideas ideas. 🤔🤔🤔 love your experiments. Tfs.

Very interesting project! 🤔 I definitely like the frosty hand, adding the dragonfly looks fabulous. I bet you could sell tons of dragonflies if you set your hand next to them at your craft booth. It would make me want to buy a few. However I know how to make them and I live in the USA. If nothing else it would definitely draw in some curious customers.

I think that is such a great idea, and they both look amazing. Will you be doing a follow up video, showing making a mold out of them, and how the resin looks then? I am really keen to see if by applying the UV resin over those two hands, if it will make a shiny mold :) Thank you for all you do.

Honey I’ve been watching you I hope you’re wearing a good mask I got a real bad lung infection from the Resin because I was not wearing a mask you should wear one at all times. Good luck.

I thought you would put a resin swirly- glitterly- space ball there, held by the fingers. Maybe with a light in/ under, cord in drilled hole from under the wood stand, through a finger?... like a night light for Fantasy/ SciFi lovers. Little winged insect friends are just as good. I just somehow got surprised there weren't going to be a space spher there? How my brain works baffles me every day.

Do ladies wear masks putting makeup on because over 90% of make-up contains muca powder because its safe 👍🤦🤦🤦🤷😂
