I like the idea of a pen/pencil holder..... Just wish it was bigger. I would need one with about 4 times the space for the pens..... When I get started on my projects I have an empty cut down resin jug to put my clean tools in and another one for the dirty ones. They are always full..... Clean up is a breeze because as soon as I get one set poured I clean everything up. I don't like to reuse the tools that I just cleaned right away. So I use a third one for those things. I have a question. I moved into a new house so now my craft area is super super small and resin is not something I can do right now in such small quarters, is there something else I can work with that's close to that?
I've made this mold several times, out of resin and resin crete. I'm next making it in polyurethane. My resin one was left in a building that got hot and those little legs just bent right over so I want to do it in something more temperature resistant.
I have this mold, sadly I found it was defective with parts of it having stripes from a bad molding template, and only after I removed the pieces. Another problem I ran into is somehow the resin never cured completely hard (even though I know I had the proper 1:1 mixture), and months later it's still bendy 😅
Love your videos! I wish this mold didn’t use so much resin, I made my mold for my brush stand and it only uses half the amount of resin but has 3 times the slots! Nice tip with the cotton on the feet for those that don’t want to wait for another cure!!
I really like this one! But I agree that they probably would look better all in one color or to do a rainbow effect throughout also.

Did the legs made from resincrete hold up or where they fragile?
@traceypowell9563 so far held up but I am very nervous about traveling with it. Thus why I am moving to the polyurethane
@@gothiccharmswhy not coat the resincrete in epoxy to improve stability and durability? That’s what im doing with my new pieces!
