Thanks for another great video, I liked all the bikes, Thanks for pointing your favorite ones out, And tell us a little bit about each one, You're one smart cookie when it comes to the Motorcycle world, I missed getting to be there this year, Had to put a transmission in my vehicle, And it was 11PM on Saturday when we finally turn the key to crank it up, But this video made me feel like I was right there with you all, Thanks again for your time, Pensacola,
Old Timer bicycle riding neighbor. Again enjoyed your tour. That Honda CL 77 caught my eye. Had one. Commuted 50 miles a day on it,rain, shine, sleet or snow. Let it go for $425.00. That was many years ago!
I hope everything is OK at your home in Florida. Nice little swap meet but your right the Hotels are just to dang expensive and they raise the prices for just any reason at all. I guess the Patel's that own over 70% of the Hotels in the US do not have enough money for themselves. Great Video, Thanks
Better watch what you’re doing with just had surgery not long ago, even if the doctor said you could do this and that you do what you feel like and don’t overdo it. Don’t want anything to happen to you. Haven’t been subbed long but have learned quite a bit, thanks for the videos.
... thats the 4TH Speedway 125 with the Sachs ive seen im in Ohio to so that helps my neighbor had one new in the day it would scream Thanks Bullpen ..!
I've had a house in Florida for 6 years. Ian, 4 ft of water, Helene, 4 in of water and Milton 14 in. of water in my house. I'm selling and moving back to Pa. first chance I get. That foam seal may have made it hard to get the doors open but it would've been better than replacing the bottom 2 ft of dry wall in my house from the damage of Milton. Too bad you had to leave early I was enjoying the show through your eyes. Thanks.
@@bullpencycles I spent the first 25 years of my life 40 miles north of Pittsburgh then 15 years in the Erie area and the last 20 in Western NY so central to western northern Pa. Maybe from Erie to State College area.

Glad your shop kept dry. Where can you find a list of all of the motorcycle swap meets and shows in the US? I’m in Ocala, but I would travel maybe one or two states or more to go to a good swap meet or show. Just sold a 77 CB750 F and looking for a Suzuki TS 250 or 400.
Hello There, it looks like you have a 1970 BSA Firebird Scrambler on the back of your pick up truck. I also have one of those, early 1970 ones like HD engine and frame numbers have grey faced gauges and later in the year of 1970 around March and on are Black faced gauges, My bike has HD engine and frame numbers which are July 1969 but 1970 model year. Would be interesting to know what the two letters of your bike are. Mine is the same colour as yours. Cheers.
What hotel did you stay at and how far in advance did you book the room? I'd like to reserve a room for next year but I'm not sure where to stay down there. I'd like to find something that's not crazy expensive. (Edit - I wrote my comment before I got to the end where you talk about the hotel. Now Im tempted to camp out rather than pay for a hotel.)
Dave I don’t get your business model ? You buy the most obscure obsolete non mainstream Japanese/Italian etc bikes that seem difficult to sell? Especially unknown make off road trail type bikes, who buys these? Why don’t you buy more big Z’s GT’s XS’s CB’s etc ? At least you know there’s a big market out there for them?
Yeah, I ask myself that too, but everyone wants way to much for those mainstream Japanese bikes. The prices they ask are unsustainable, I guess I just think I'm getting basic value and not fluff. They made so many of those too
@@bullpencycles yes I understand what your saying Dave and see where your coming from. Those mainstream bikes I’ve mentioned are ridiculous prices here in the UK as well! Even a dog of a Z650 needing total restoration people are asking 2K plus sometimes!….God forbid should you have a z900 which no one asks less than 6-7K regardless of condition! Ouch. My own 76 Z900 I bought in 1979 for £925. I have an agreed insurance valuation on it for £12K…. Gulp…..

No problem. Hoped your transmission worked.
Good thing I'm 1000 miles away.
Still really enjoying the sunshine and bikes.
Thanks.

Thank you!
Always interesting, Dave. Thanks for the show.
Glad you enjoyed it. You're welcome
Glad you are back and hope you are doing well. I really love the swap meet videos and your shop is OK.
Congrats on the Dealership being High and Dry! 🏍

That was great ! Love the vintage enduros and minis .
Glad you enjoyed it!

The foam worked kept the mice out , burglars, sunshine and the water. Jack the room prices up did you take the soap home.
Oh, I didnt think of that!

Right on
The bike with the predator engine looks like its from cars and cameras.I guess breaking into your own shop is better than it getting flooded...
Dave, nice job, I honestly thought the form and tape was overkill, but it shamed to work.
Did you see our video after Hurricane Ian? That's what had me worried. th-cam.com/video/BuHnyXdL4qk/w-d-xo.html
How are you feeling, Dave? Did Milton bother you much? We got off light this time.
Good, and we got off easy from the Storm. Thanks
Looked for you sunday about 2pm-did you leave early like many others?
Yes. I had to check on the hurricane

@@bullpencycles Hello Dave, i was mentioning the engine and frame numbers which would start with HD or JD or KD etc. Cheers.
Why do you skip over the vintage Hondas?

40ft oak tree fell on my shop and destroyed it during Milton. 5 bikes were damaged and lots of parts.
