I have a question what is the earnest money deposit on something like this and what is your percentage that you earn when you help someone purchased a home I want it 😊
The seller is asking for a $100,000 earnest deposit. It’s a negotiable amount as long as it’s on par for the market

@JBRE it would depend on time constraints, how long to repaint, ie replace countertops cabinets etc...
@JBRE looking for something in the 8.5 to 15 range. I found one that is perfect but the video is a year old, I would however pull the trigger on 8100 n 68th if it were available and the property next door to demo and build a 50 car garage.
