Wow, and there's a certain edginess to the design. I did not know Christopher homes built in this style, but not surprised. By edginess, example the outside front, the arch, before the front entrance. 2nd, the barrel vaulted wings, creating symmetry, asymmetrically. The control of light, and using natural light to guide the eye, esp on the upper floor is well done! The light guides you through the interior. Yes, the edginess is refreshing. This is special. Well done Christopher Homes! If you can communicate this back to the company, well done!! It's out of my price range, well out of it, but I'd like to experience this marvelous place.
Beautiful house, certainly different from anything I've ever seen in Vegas. It has a touch of art deco and reminiscent of Hollywood stars of the 1930s.
This home has an inviting warmth and beautiful flow - accented by natural light in all the right places. I really like the mature vegetation that surrounds the home. Given this is a custom CH build, I wonder if CH offers resale buyers the opportunity to utilize their Interior Design team (?). Overall, another nice presentation.

Hey I haven’t been inside of McDonald ranch in a while. When was that home built? That’s a Very nice home. Last homes I was inside had a pool going around the backside of the home. The shower area had a door that opens up to the golf course and water cascading off into the pool side. Also you can see the pool from the basement room and other side was a outside door that opens up to wheres there wall with water coming door from the front side of the house.

The layout of this house is beautiful. Just needs a little be more modern touch, the tiles in the dining room and kitchen remind me of old apartheid houses here in South Africa God awful.
