yes they do. However keep in mind that most dimmer can only handle about 150 watts of led light. That's due to the fact that the led lights draw a lot of current when they are first turned on. So in this case there are 21 lights and had to split them into two circuits with 2 three way switches and a three way dimmer on each circuit to fall within specification.
