People ask me this a lot: What do I do for a living? Here's the answer..I'm a magician. I am. For me, money grows on trees and is as abundant as raindrops falling from heaven. Yup...that's it, heaven grants me my wishes and my heart's desires simply because it is law. For real...all sacred texts say so...so why wouldn't YOU believe it to be true?
But in layman's terms, I am a computer software engineer by day and a landlord of sorts. I also create TH-cam content and these things are the bulk of my income.

I can't believe you haven't set the phone up yet Tinesha. I went to the phone store the other day and they were way to busy for me. Great job on the budget. Also it's ok to adjust your investing from time to time. I adjusted mine recently myself as well. It's temporary and will be even more in the future.
LoL...I am the queen of using something 34334343 months after I got it. Jay got me some earpods for Christmas...I JUST opened the pack when I went to Tanzania in August. My niece gave me a gift 2 christmases ago - I opened the box last month...lol

Count what down to the penny? I round up/down.
I should have clarified. I cannot seem to account for every penny when budgeting. I guess I’m not really budgeting. I know what comes in and goes out. I leave way too much excess money which ends up being waste (at Starbucks and Homegoods😂).

Thanks for sharing! I recommend you do add your interest as income because it is passive income. I receive about $3k/month from my CDs and about $180/month from my HYSA. I count them as income and I invest it all, so it’s subtracted from my “Investments” line item. I do this because I have too much savings and this is a good way to DCA into the market. Great video!
That's a great idea! Right now I leave it alone because the plan is for it to go on the house but after that I will definitely revisit and look at doing it the way you do it.

Never thought to include my interest as income either I will get paid for that on the 13th of this month.
I'm not including it in the future simply because I don't plan on spending it elsewhere. I try to only include funds that I am making a decision about.
