Absolute incredible your colection, but is very much great to me. I with the Marvel Kenner Retro 3.75 inch and DC spin master 4 inch in my comic bookshelf, I am absolutely happy.

Yes I wish there were more in this scale that I could put with these Marvel Universe 3.75 inch figures.
I do think the new Marvel Epic Heroes scale good with these and maybe the Spin Master DC figures. But those are also great to collect too!
@@Rob_Collects_Figures I totally agree, the truth is I don't have much space to put the action figures and I don't like having them stored in boxes. I hope Marvel Kenner Retro and DC spin master continue to give us more characters. I think the rarest DC spin master 4 inches figure is the Brainiac one that they show at conventions, I have never seen it for sale, not even on eBay. Every month I buy 2, 3 or 4 Marvel Kenner Retro 3.75 and DC spin master 4 inch figures and I am very happy when they arrive from Amazon or eBay.

Yeah eventually I want to display them all in some kind of diorama scenes, but until then I just pulled them all out long enough to get a video and some pictures of them.
Dam this was such a trip of nostalgia, I remember saving up as a kid and every two or so weeks id buy a new figure, could never get a marvel legend cause they were too expensive and I couldnt be bothered to save lol.
Thanks. Yeah these were half the price, or cheaper, than Marvel Legends. I definitely loved these more, because you could put them in with the G.I. Joe and Star Wars figures. They were all the same scale!

Thank you. Yeah it's definitely my favorite toy line, and it took years and years to get all them. But I really enjoy everything about this line. Hopefully I can get the rest of the ones I need!!

Yeah this line is so great! And now a lot of these figures you can get cheap or in good size lots.
I remember when they were expensive and hard to come by at times.

I much prefer 3.75 inch to 6 inch. The biggest problem i found with this line was scale. For example the hulks and juggernauts were only slightly bigger than standard figures. It was a deal breaker for me. 6 inch marvel legends scale much better together. Hell of a collection though

Yeah I love this line, because it's easier to display them and store them. Plus the price was a lot better than Legends at least until the end of the line.
But yeah, the scale of oversized figures did stink. But the cheaper 5-6 inch figure line figures like hulk work really good with this line. I just didn't get any, my friend did though. I'm hoping one day they will continue this line. Even the gamerverse 2-packs they did not too long ago were great.
Sweet collection. I see so many people selling theirs off. It feels good to see others holding on and still adding to their own collections.

Yeah this is my favorite line. If I see cheap figures at flea markets/sales I'll buy the to add them. I definitely want to get more army builder figures, and stuff I'm missing.
Hmmm, not sure if I remember about the 12'' Red Goliath variant I'll have to look into that, and add it to the handful of figures/sets I still need.

He was the variant to the 12" blue and yellow one you have your self. The 2 pack that came with the iron man.
@@ShoNuffTanker yeah I looked up the red Goliath, and it was a variant. So now it's on my want/wishlist lol.
I plan on setting up a bunch of displays of these figures, fighting and stuff.
I have some customs, but not by me.
I have a bunch of extras maybe when I get more time I'll start trying the customizing stuff :)
Yeah army building is hard though.
I've gotten into swapping and customizing mine. They really need to bring this line back.
Yeah I have a few extras, I think when I get everything all set up I would like to try head swapping or slight repaints/customizing some. I keep an eye out for cheap extras, so one day I'll go down the customizing road :)
But yes I would love this line to come back, they are kind of brining it back with the Epic Hero Series. But it's just not the same.
@@Rob_Collects_Figures True, Epic Heroes is good but those figures dont have nearly the same articulation or detail as Marvel Universe.
@@maximusprime3459 yeah I am glad there is a 4-inch figure line still. And that they seem to scale okay with original MU figures.
But the epic hero line definitely is lacking the articulation and they just feel bulkier/thicker to me.
Marvel universe way better then marvel legends 🔥🔥
Yeah they were, especially when they first came out and were at their most popular. Plus they did a lot of random side heroes and villains, before Marvel Legends started finally doing some.
Facts
This was one of the best lines Hasbro ever did. That first year had some bumps but once they ironed them out it was fantastic, at least until they took steps backward at the end. I collect both Legends and these, these in general were much better .
Yeah the second series was really good and further. But I believe there was a time they were making these and not the Legends line. Once Hasbro went all in on the Legends they stopped doing anything good with this line.
I didn't mind the comic 2-packs (even though some had limited articulation) and got excited when they had the Gamerverse 2-packs, but that didn't last long.
@@Rob_Collects_Figures Yep. As soon as legends returned MU went down hill. There were still some good figs but they were lesser than what came earlier.
@@robertsinfiniterealms1308 and what I don't understand is they could of easily used existing mold for other figures and repaints. But Has to would of rather made new molds with less articulation. Doesn't make sense. But I'm glad I have 95% of the MU 3.75 inch line.
@@Rob_Collects_Figures Yeah that was weird. I saw an interview with Vala where he talked about how they cut the budget and articulation but it required new tooling and that it never made much sense to him either as it ended up costing more to do the retools for the less articulation, but he was just told do it so he did.
I think I have around 90% of the line, I have the really hard to find variants I want at least but I do need to sit down and look over the collection and see if there is anything I am missing, I don't think so but doesn't hurt to check.

Yeah I have most of the variants. But need a few of the Convention Exclusive packs and a few figures from the last wave or two that never made it to the stores.
The only 2 that I have is Sentry from the comic 2-pack with Spider-Man & free edition to The New Avengers #1 & Moonstone in disguise as Ms. Marvel.
I love those Comic 2packs. Those were some of my favorite things about the Marvel Universe 3.75 inch line!
1:11 I like using Ironman1 6 inch ironmonger open cockpit since the little bit bigger and has a obadiah Stan in there
Yeah that's probably a good idea. I know Iron Monger is supposed to be bigger than regular Iron Man. I could see that working really good.
The funny thing is I used to have that Iron Monger figure, but I never put him with my MU 3.75 inch figures.

Yeah I'm starting to pick up some of the epic hero series figures. I got all the Guardians Of The Galaxy vol. 3 figures and the X-Men '97 ones so far. Just have to get the Avengers and Spider-Man ones.
I haven't totally compared them yet to each other, but I'm sure they will fit in nicely and fill in gaps for sure!
Ghostrider is probably my favorite out of all Marvel action figures.
Nice! Yeah you can't go wrong with Ghost Rider. I don't follow him too much (especially lately), but I love when he teams up with some of my favorite Marvel heroes.
I have to say though I think all his action figures are awesome for sure.

I do not do custom figures. Some one else made the ones I have.
I would love to get into customs, but I haven't tried yet. Maybe one day I will. I just don't have a lot of time now for it.

Your right I am missing him. That wave he was in, I only have Wolverine (X-23) and Spider-Man UK. But I am missing Lady Deadpool, Moon Knight, Invincible Iron Man, and Marvel's Maestro. That wave was Marvel Legends (3.75 inch) Wave 4: 2017 Wave 1.
I'm guessing it's due to cost, but I wish Hasbro would do a 3.75 Marvel line with same construction/articulation as the Star Wars Vintage Collection. I know its super late, but I really want to get into 3.75 Marvel collecting/customizing, but I'm worried about legs popping off similar to Fortnite figures (which I've purchased for customizing) is that a common issue with MU figures?
I feel like you can get a good amount of the old Marvel Universe figures for cheap second hand. I've found more that I have put in with my extras and doubles.
I know the Fortnite figures feel like they do pop apart easy. I don't recall the MU ones doing that all all.
that is good to know, thank you, just purchased the deadpool, wolverine and warpath x-force 3 pack to get a feel for them, looking at a couple good lots as well. literally just found out about this line but better late then never.
@@czaetc.8743 yeah, it's a great line of figures for sure! Like I said in my video it is my favorite line. It might be better to get into the line now, because you can find people selling lots and bulk of these figures for cheaper. There are still a handful or so I still don't have, hopefully one day!
Also what kind of customs are you doing?
That's something I would love to do, especially for the M.U. line.
@@Rob_Collects_Figures Nothing too crazy, a bit of custom soft goods, bit of painting/model clay etc.but if I can get a good collection going, I would love to try some dioramas, an X-mansion would be a lot of fun, but who knows, but that's why I love 3.75, its the perfect size for vehicles/playsets/dioramas.

That marvel legends showdown silver surfer is super hard to find.
Yeah there are only a handful or so that I am missing. And most of those are Convention exclusives sets. This is probably my favorite line of all time!
Yeah that Marvel Legends Showdown series was way before it's time. The scale and articulation of those figures are awesome.
Well 60 figures is a good start. There are so many great figures in this line, and a lot of mediocre figures especially toward the end and when the articulation got so very less.
3.75 isn't for me..... or could it be? Idk. But what I do know is, that this is a hell of a collection.

Hmm that's a tough one. But the first one that comes to my mind is the Black and Silver armored one. I believe it's called Spider -Man Armored MK 1, or something like that. I've always liked that suit for some reason, ever since I was younger.
