I forgot to add that you can use Doctor Strange's hands as perfect Spidey shooting webs hands (painted black with Duplicolor black automotive spray paint that adheres to anything and can primer even rubber!) Perfect for swappable hands when making web swinging poses. She Hulk fists are perfect sized for that black Spidey too. Really, the entire arm on She Hulk rocks for thinner characters with great muscle definition. Just everything from the bicep swivel down can be swapped- giving double elbow joints too!

@@jasoncaldwell5627 yeah that was the Golden Age of 1:18 scale figures. I want to do huge dioramas of my Marvel Universe figures. Teams fighting teams, Hall of armor, teams fighting bad guys, spiderverse, and so on. Well would love to see how your Marvel vs halo turns out!

@@tdamiano1970 yeah, I don't know if that figure was unreleased or just super hard to find. But it's so expensive! I may just get a custom instead. But I wish that was the only figure I needed left lol. I still need about 15 or so, mostly all convention exclusives!

Yeah this line is so great! And now a lot of these figures you can get cheap or in good size lots. I remember when they were expensive and hard to come by at times.

Yeah those lines are a bit weird. Especially being horizontally. I never really thought of that before. But they could have made some cool flame lines or just small dashes or something!

@streetcitystudio yeah I think the other buck is better. I believe it's from the X-Force Team Box set, 3pack. That buck was smaller and more accurate.

Yeah the Marvel Universe 3.75 inch was my favorite toy line. It was so awesome and there were so many figures. I didn't get into the Epic Hero Series right away, until they went on clearance. But now I'm all in with this line too. Love all the waves: Guardians, X-Men, Spider-Man, and now Avengers.

Well that's cool. Yeah that isn't a nice 3 pack. I wouldn't have wasted money on the bigger figures either. They are cool, but just not as nice as the regular size one. That's a good deal on trades. I'm a big trade paperback / graphic novel collector too. Yeah you can get a lot of them online, eBay or other places, for a decent price, which is nice. But there are a handful or more that are hard or very expensive.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures Plus, $25 for a singular action figure is a hefty amount of money no matter the size of it. That seems to be the going rate for a lot of brand new toy lines these days, though. And I've seen JLU figures like the version of Fire where she's using her powers go for $200. 😬

Yeah I guess $25 brand new 12 inch figures isn't bad, but I'd think they would only be like $10-$15. But either way the big JLU figures are okay, but the 4-5 inch ones are where it's at! I know all the 6 inch figures across all companies are like $20-$25. I miss the cheap $6-$10 figures. I know there are a handful or so of the single JLU figures that go for a lot. Most are convention exclusives, or the last wave of figures that never hit many stores.

Aw that sucks! But yeah trying to pose some of these can be tricky, and I feel like some of the figures get more delicate over time. At least there are a ton of Spider-Man figures in this line. I've only had 1 figure break one so far, my Hydro Mans arm broke off, like 5 min after I took him out of the package. And that happened before I made my big Marvel Universe video.

That's true. I never thought about that. Hmm, I will have to do some research and check out that option. I was always thinking some kind of material that looked like real hair, but printed out plastic or resin would work too.

One: from the Marvel Universe Marvel Greatest Battles Comic Pack Wolverine vs Sabertooth, Two: X-Men Origins Wolverine 2-Pack Blob & Sabertooth, Three: X-Men Origins Wolverine Toys R Us Exclusive Wolverine with Motorcycle vs Sabertooth. I can't wait to cover the X-Men Origins Wolverine line, so many cool and unique figures.

Thank you! Yeah there are a lot of great designs of figures. And even most of the reused parts make sense on the figures there on. I never had too many issues with legs or anything popping off. Standing up can be tricky, that's why I liked the small black stands some came with.

I love those Comic 2packs. Those were some of my favorite things about the Marvel Universe 3.75 inch line!

I feel like you can get a good amount of the old Marvel Universe figures for cheap second hand. I've found more that I have put in with my extras and doubles. I know the Fortnite figures feel like they do pop apart easy. I don't recall the MU ones doing that all all.

that is good to know, thank you, just purchased the deadpool, wolverine and warpath x-force 3 pack to get a feel for them, looking at a couple good lots as well. literally just found out about this line but better late then never.

@@czaetc.8743 yeah, it's a great line of figures for sure! Like I said in my video it is my favorite line. It might be better to get into the line now, because you can find people selling lots and bulk of these figures for cheaper. There are still a handful or so I still don't have, hopefully one day! Also what kind of customs are you doing? That's something I would love to do, especially for the M.U. line.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures Nothing too crazy, a bit of custom soft goods, bit of painting/model clay etc.but if I can get a good collection going, I would love to try some dioramas, an X-mansion would be a lot of fun, but who knows, but that's why I love 3.75, its the perfect size for vehicles/playsets/dioramas.

Thanks. Yeah these were half the price, or cheaper, than Marvel Legends. I definitely loved these more, because you could put them in with the G.I. Joe and Star Wars figures. They were all the same scale! That's awesome, yeah that's definitely some nostalgia for sure!

Yeah I know when I was younger I had a good amount of fun with the R-Zone. I'm not sure how it would be now. I'm sure it would definitely bring back memories and be nostalgic for sure. But playing and graphics wise might not be as fun 😊 Wow, that's awesome, being that big a fan of Wheel of Fortune. I didn't know those were just slot protectors, because I do know there are additional cartridges for that handheld. You waited 15 years! Wow that's crazy! But you being that big a fan I get it. That would be cool to see that whole collection.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures The R-Zone got realy expensive to collect for. You've got some real bangers in your collection, you have multiple that sell for over 100 bucks loose.

Oh really. I feel like no one talks about the R-Zone, collects it, or sells it. You don't see much about it. I feel I should turn it on and play it some, as not as good as it was. I remember getting the R-Zone and all the games on big clearance back in the day, either from Toys R Us or KB Toys. I haven't looked up any of these games price at all, but that's cool to know that some of them go for a good amount. And I feel like I have a lot of the games that came out for it. I wonder how many more I need to have all the games :)

Yeah that's probably a good idea. I know Iron Monger is supposed to be bigger than regular Iron Man. I could see that working really good. The funny thing is I used to have that Iron Monger figure, but I never put him with my MU 3.75 inch figures.

Thanks! Yeah I'm starting to pick up some of the epic hero series figures. I got all the Guardians Of The Galaxy vol. 3 figures and the X-Men '97 ones so far. Just have to get the Avengers and Spider-Man ones. I haven't totally compared them yet to each other, but I'm sure they will fit in nicely and fill in gaps for sure!

Yeah the second series was really good and further. But I believe there was a time they were making these and not the Legends line. Once Hasbro went all in on the Legends they stopped doing anything good with this line. I didn't mind the comic 2-packs (even though some had limited articulation) and got excited when they had the Gamerverse 2-packs, but that didn't last long.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures Yep. As soon as legends returned MU went down hill. There were still some good figs but they were lesser than what came earlier.

@@robertsinfiniterealms1308 and what I don't understand is they could of easily used existing mold for other figures and repaints. But Has to would of rather made new molds with less articulation. Doesn't make sense. But I'm glad I have 95% of the MU 3.75 inch line.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures Yeah that was weird. I saw an interview with Vala where he talked about how they cut the budget and articulation but it required new tooling and that it never made much sense to him either as it ended up costing more to do the retools for the less articulation, but he was just told do it so he did. I think I have around 90% of the line, I have the really hard to find variants I want at least but I do need to sit down and look over the collection and see if there is anything I am missing, I don't think so but doesn't hurt to check.

Yeah I have a few extras, I think when I get everything all set up I would like to try head swapping or slight repaints/customizing some. I keep an eye out for cheap extras, so one day I'll go down the customizing road :) But yes I would love this line to come back, they are kind of brining it back with the Epic Hero Series. But it's just not the same.

@@Rob_Collects_Figures True, Epic Heroes is good but those figures dont have nearly the same articulation or detail as Marvel Universe.

@@maximusprime3459 yeah I am glad there is a 4-inch figure line still. And that they seem to scale okay with original MU figures. But the epic hero line definitely is lacking the articulation and they just feel bulkier/thicker to me.

Thank you! Yes I wish there were more in this scale that I could put with these Marvel Universe 3.75 inch figures. I do think the new Marvel Epic Heroes scale good with these and maybe the Spin Master DC figures. But those are also great to collect too!

@@Rob_Collects_Figures I totally agree, the truth is I don't have much space to put the action figures and I don't like having them stored in boxes. I hope Marvel Kenner Retro and DC spin master continue to give us more characters. I think the rarest DC spin master 4 inches figure is the Brainiac one that they show at conventions, I have never seen it for sale, not even on eBay. Every month I buy 2, 3 or 4 Marvel Kenner Retro 3.75 and DC spin master 4 inch figures and I am very happy when they arrive from Amazon or eBay.
