Not tuned, or the room is different, but also one piano can sound VERY different from another, even if it's the same model. Always test play the exact instrument you're getting before buying anything.

I have really to say, we have the B1 in school, and it is one of the best pianos I have ever played on. (It is good for Jazzy things, but also pop and something like this). But classical parts are better on a wing

Waving his left hand up and down for a dramatic effect is annoying. It shows that the guy mostly is enjoying himself instead of concentrating of delivering the sound to the audience.
