It’s interesting how scents like that can bring back memories! I enjoy that. I still think of my Grandparents when I smell Pine Sol, Irish spring soap and Avon skin-so-soft. ☺
@@FieldOfFocus yes, so many memories! And Avon still makes Skin So Soft - my mom has some and says it actually helps keeps bugs away in the summer! Not sure about that, but I'll always like the scent because or the memories it carries.
Spic n Span ROCKS! I used it on both my kitchen/bathroom sinks and toilet. It killed the odors. Once the odors are killed, so is the bacteria. I like to use it as a secondary clean after scrubbing with Comet, etc. Great stuff!
Hi! It would be cool if you had some sort of rating system or a spreadsheet of products that worked best to worst, and maybe like their prices too?! I know that would be a lot of work, but that would be very cool and helpful. I appreciate your videos and all the work that you do. It’s nice to have some actual test and data on products. Greatly appreciated!!
Thank you for testing Spic & Span so I don't have to. A great budget friendly cleaner that actually works. I normally don't rinse afterwards, I prefer the one and done method lol. 😅
I use spic and span and love it. Good to know it's doing a good job. 🙂 I have what may be a silly question, but why do you divide your sample section in two? It's still the same floor and you aren't really doing anything different in each square. Just curious.
Not a silly question at all! I test in two spots in each room just for sample size. I do more testing off camera also. But with a floor being so big there can be variation in bacteria, more so than the sink drain where I can swab the entire thing for my sample, so I tested two locations per room. Thank you for watching and commenting!
New subscriber. Love the content. Do you ever do tests on skin with different soaps/body washes? Would be interesting to see wish shower gels and handsoaps do the best job of disinfecting skin.
Thanks for subscribing! I have not tested soaps / body washes on skin yet. But will made sure it is on my viewer suggestion list! Thank you for watching and commenting!

I have a friend who insists that hot water and cotton cloths can clean/disinfect most surfaces. Have you ever tested that theory? (Not using Norwex cloths or any cleaning products whatsoever)
I have tested Norwex but won't link that. And I have tested water and papertowels. I haven't tried cotton cloths with water yet. Can Water & Paper Towels to Remove Bacteria??! - Tested with Petri Dishes th-cam.com/video/BeER2i2Gqw4/w-d-xo.html
Pretty impressive...just goes to show higher and more modern cleaners doesn't necessarily mean their more effective. Great vid!
Good Old Spic and Span!

@katiel3457 SSS works great as a mosquitoe repellent, I can't use those with Deet in them. It's safe for kids too.
Well guess I’ll go back to it. Thanks. Mom stood by it.
Yep my mom too! Thanks for watching!

Is spic and span powder as good or better then the pre made? Seems to melt dirt better but is it really clean?
