Nice Video! Close to the southern most part of Austria, where Iam coming from. But: Vrsic- Pass-Street was built 1914-16 by the Hapsburg-Monarchy, many workers were russian war prisoners. The little church at the Pass reminds on that. It were neither the Germans nor was it in WW II. Besides this: love your videos!
Oopsy! Good job there is plenty of padding 😀 Thank you so much for posting this video for today, those views were beyond words, it's you that's an angel not just Lilly 💜
Truly beautiful (The scenery too) Those twist's, I was there for a while, brought back some special times riding. Getting old is not great, being old sucks, adapt !
Great summers, always hot. Great winters, always get lots of snow. Great food, no processed rubbish, great people, one of the safest countries in the world, Italy, Croatia and Austria an hour away from Ljubljana…I can nip to Istria for seafood, Italy for a Pizza, Austria for traditional food also…Sunday rides are always fun. I’m lucky to live there…came for a year or so, now five years and counting…
Great video Kate & Lillie perfect for Boxing day while chilling with a Coffee and toasted teacake. I'm sure that's the same roads that R1liz did with the cobbles on the corners 🤔
Every time you say vursik my eye twitches. It takes me back to school when everyone use to pronounce my name milosal-ja-vik instead of Milosavljevic. Does look glorious though and that fall looked pretty hard 😮
Spectacular scenery. Thanks Usernamekate. 2 questions. 1. Where are you originally from. I love your accents. 2. What month did you ride this section? I love how you comment while you’re riding, and I love that you don’t add music. I think you’re the only ones I’ve found who leave the music off, and have the sounds of the bikes and your instant reactions instead. It’s much better the way you do it. I wish everyone would. Brava, from Geoff from Fremantle Western Australia 🇦🇺
Hey Kate and lilly Nice Slovenia🇸🇮 tour video after Christmas Day 🏕Beautiful locations in Slovenia definitely attracts to many enthusiastic motorcycle tourers.keep it up
Merry Christmas Kate how are you doing today looking forward to seeing you on more superbikes in 2025 maybe a trackday with lily and the girls wearing your swanky helmet and dark visor ride safe lovely only one username Kate 😅
Sorry to be "that guy" but the Vršič pass was made in ww1 not ww2 by the Austro-Hungarians and not the Germans (it was made by Russian prisoners of war to be accurate) there is also a military graveyard and a wooden chapel built by the said prisoners of war to commemorate the fallen Russian prisoners (estimates up to 10000 deaths). Just some history facts coming from a nerd ;)
Vršič road was built in WW1, or The Great War (I found nothing great about it) by Austrians, not Germans and they didn't get tanks over there. The workers were mostly Russian POWs, many of whom died.

Yes it is. This was back in July though 😊
Cheers from the Pacific West Coast of Canada.
(Show more food shots-that's exotic stuff here; we're more Asian and Tex-Mex kind of food fussion, so Slovenia would be cool, Kate.)
Looks like good fun 😊
That was dazzling! thank you!
Rough fall, Kate. Hope it didn't make you ride irritating. The bridge @10:50, @14:50, then from the pass, down. As always, thanks for taking us along.

How do you say it, I genuinely wanna know 🤣 oh the fall really hurt my left arm... made those hairpins... interesting 🤣

"When life gives you lemosn"....hey free lemons. Right?
Make lemonade!
Gees the duke is so tall, or is Kate really small?
You were almost around all Slovenia, but somehow missed two most beautiful places: Soca valley and Bohinj lake.
Respectfully, you've seen 30 minutes of our full days 😌
❤
Can you say where you ' re ar in this episode. Maybe share the route?
Anyone knows how tall Lillie is?
5'9, why?

Computer said, No 😮😅
