- American professional eater Randy Santel versus Motor Cafe's Big Cambodian Mixed Grill Meat Platter Challenge hosted by Motor Café Boeung Snor in Phnom Penh, Cambodia of Southeast Asia!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I left Bangkok, Thailand and flew to Phnom Penh, Cambodia where I was able to attempt just one delicious Cambodian restaurant food eating challenge, at Motor Café Boeung Snor in the southeastern area of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. There, Katina and I each attempted Motor Cafe's Big Cambodian Mixed Grill Meat Platter Challenge and had just a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. There was a giant platter piled high with juicy Cambodian meats, including sausages, lamb chops, USDA certified beef ribeye meat, pork knuckle, and more!! There was also another tray with lots of salads, healthy grilled or steamed vegetables, optional sauces, and Cambodian side items. I was trying to become just the second person to win my 700,000 KHR Cambodian mixed grill meat platter meal free plus a spot on Motor Cafe's Wall of Fame!! Big thanks to everyone with Motor Café Boeung Snor in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Thursday evening to watch and meet us!! Thanks for watching this video!! I was thankfully able to make it through the filming of this one!! I must have eaten something while in Thailand that wreaked havoc on my digestive system. I started feeling poorly on the morning of filming this video. I was supposed to try another challenge in Phnom Penh the next day, but had to postpone it to a few days later, and then ended up canceling it altogether because I was still feeling terrible. We plan on going back to Cambodia again in early 2025 for another challenge or two!!

45 minutes is way too generous especially for a person like Randy Santel. If Randy ever enter another restaurant for a challenge then the workers must be noticed immediately that the time need to be cut in half because he ain’t your usual competitive eater. Giving Randy a total of 15 or 20 minutes to finish 7 pounds of Cambodian meat platter sounds fair. 45 minutes for him is way too easy, way too lenient, and way too generous. Even if he did lose he would still help the business a bit by handing out 700k KHR.
Restaurant challenges are not meant to be geared towards me as the standard, since then random people have no chance, and the challenge only becomes winnable by professionals. Food challenges are not a thing in Cambodia, so the size and time limit should not be all that crazy. Thanks for watching and have a great week!!

My friend at the gym went to Paris last month and he said, they either give you rare steak or medium rare steak. I'm still trying to get used to eat medium steak. My Dad had my Mom cook everything well well done.
