- For my first ever challenge in Cambodia, I stopped into Motor Cafe in Phnom Penh to take on their massive Cambodian Big Grill Challenge! Hungry diners have just 45 minutes to finish over 3kg of meats and sides including ribeye steak, lamb chops, pork knuckle, and 14 German and Cambodian inspired sausages. This is served with a Cambodian side salad and fresh vegetables. Winners earn their $700,000KHR meal for free and a spot up on Motor Cafe's Wall of Fame!

It was cool seeing the different items they have in a Cambodian BBQ. Not every day you get to eat knuckles and weisswurst.
Now if the seafood challenges included pre cracked lobsters and crabs like this one included pre cut strips of rib eye steak, Katina would be a happy camper!. Y’all must have been all revved up to eat at the Motor Cafe. “Phnom”enal job winning the challenge. Take care, Katina. Peace out, Chad ✌🏻 😊.

I can honestly say that out of the thousands of food challenge videos I've seen, this is the first one I've seen where someone's attempted schweinhaxen (pork knuckle)! Hope you enjoyed!
The hard outside of the pork is known as 'crackling' in the uk and used to be (pre veggie) my fave part! ❤

Not going to lie, i would prefer to see them share this amount of meat with a village that doesn’t see this much protein in a month. They would make back the 170 bucks in TH-cam money in a heartbeat.

Can't believe you won this one, maybe because I initially thought that all them sauces were mandatory.
You really know how to handle a sausage. 😂 Hope you and Randy visit GB and do some challanges with beard in the near future. He is the sausage master. He flipping inhales them like a snake un hinging it's jaw, he also crushes them so he must be a python or boa constrictor.
Hope you get plenty of nice snacks and food whilst out there, though I'd advise to never ask for any food item to be spicy. As a Romanian we don't really have much spicy food, but if we ever make saramura (out of fish or chicken) you will find it insanely hot and it's more spicy as time passes. The lack of spice is mainly because we love peppers and the heartburn legume (garlic). I believed to be able to easily handle spice, until I went to Mexico. Nothing like doing some coke and very sure of yourself asking for some spicy salsa. Burned so bad I sobered up. 😂
Wait doing coke then eating Mexican food? That's an impressive thing in itself!

@3:44 Yes Shari Lewis and Lambchop! I've got a great lamb story! Years ago I worked for a French company here in Atlanta. There were many perks to the job including the Dom Perignon at the Friday afternoon meetings (these folks didn't cheap out on anything but the paychecks). One time they took us all to a French restaurant for dinner and when it came my turn to order I ordered the Lamb Marsala. The woman sitting next to me gives me this horrified look and got up and moved to the opposite end of the table! The lamb was delicious BTW!
AND @4:08 those are called "Weiswurst" not sure of the spelling but it means "white sausage". And if you are ever offered "Blutwurst" pass... 🤮

I'm just one of those peeps, but I would've gone COMPLETELY to town on those 3 sauces AND ate some of those cloves of garlic whole (with the food of course). I struggle with wasting anything served to me (unless it's absolutely horrifically awful).
When you walk in a restaurant and they don't have a buffet, but then set one up at your table....
This is a genuinely respectful question......... why do you do this? Question two, do you think of people who haven't sufficient food, and do anything to help them? As I said, these are respectful and non judgemental questions, I honestly am interested. May I just say, I think you're a lovely young woman.... I just worry you might be seriously harming your future health.❤

"German Style Sausages".....as a German I always ask myself : What is that supposed to be 😂. The first ones are supposed to be Weißwürste I guess, but they look way to "hard" as Weißwürste are normally very soft. The other ones could be Rostbratwürste and Currywürste but that is a wild guess.

Weisswurst or weißwurst which literally means white sausage, which actually comes from Bavaria not Germany
If that half garlic bulb was roasted with olive oil you missed out. It can be squeezed out of its skin then spread like butter on the meat. There is no sharp, garlic flavor or smell, just yum.

We actually eat crackleing pork rinds as a snack here in Denmark.. it's called Flæskesværd, and we enjoy it just like you would chips ;-)
