At the end you say you definitely need to become P1, but you never reveal what you're battling for, Alberto. What is the reward for winning the championship? A cash prize that you can use to fund next year's championships..? Or is it simply all for prestige?

During the old days with proper prize money, talented drivers could refinance their career with winning races and were highly demanded by teams to get the pot, alao in lower classes. Even there are no full tribunes anymore, for drivers like you it would be better to spend like 1k more per race and get a return according to your points. That's how sim racing leagues often do it and it seems more profitable to be a talented sim racer these days.

And the tens of thousands they can potentially win in a year is how much you're having to pay just to enter, to pay a whole crew of people to maintain the car. That sounds like an absolutely broken or even cor**pt affair...
I am still not quite sure what you get out of it as a business. You say you have to get P1, but to win what? The favour of sponsors perhaps?
