I think this is one of the best racing video's I've seen. Straight up, honest, nice format. The amazing race you had in the end is just the cherry on top.
Too bad the music is extremely loud, it's a much more interesting experience when we can turn up the volume of the video to be able to hear the car, but ok, the editor must have been excited. :D But its was a really nice vídeo tho.
honest? the actual driving part is in a video game... look at the grass and skid marks on track, you can see the LOD and baked textures, occasionally there's visual tearing and you can see upscaling effects... dudes a fucking liar
shoutout to you Suellio, youre living a dream only a handful of people get to experience. And I know that as a fellow simracer and enjoyer of your content / coaching, you are one of the best people to have in this place because you know the In's and Out's, the degree of difficulty, and just how dangerous this all can be. Good luck man and I (along with everyone I'm sure) wish you nothing but the best.
Congrats man!! Very impressive for your first time in a formula car. So many new things to distract you like a mirror falling off or bad downshifts from the car, but you kept your focus 👊
A few years back I've took online driving coaching session with you. In that hour I learned so much from you which I'm still using. We also discussed during coaching a bit about RL racing and sim racing. So proud of you to see how you ended up in a real race car!
Im 31 years old and recently started karting driving. The trainer said I have potencial. But watching you racing f4 was for me really scary, especially on speedy corners! Very well done, Suellio!
"my shoulders hurt, my arms hurt, ears hurt" is the most accurate way to describe it. although ive already got hearing issues so the noise doesn't seem as loud to me anymore. after a full race however i can barely turn the wheel to get back to the pits
Couldn't be more happier than to see you race IRL. Your modesty and a fact that you are using simple enough SIM gear and just leaking your knowledge everywhere you go is an inspiration. Keep it up and lets hope its your picture on the wall of some kids room one day. Boa Sorte Vá com Deus!!! Hope Google Translate did a good job on this last one :)
Very nice recommendation by TH-cam. Always lovely to follow sim racers going racing in real life. This video just showed how important it is to have the right setup. Makes a massive difference. Well done!
Congrats man. I used to work with Rasmus last year at Performance Tech in the LMP3. I saw he was there doing some driver coaching. He’s a super fast and talented driver. Really cool to see you working with him. Best of luck man.
I really like how you left nothing cut out of that first lap. Even starting the car and waiting for the green flag. Theres just all those things that you observe and stuff that goes through your head and every little moment that cant be replicated by sim racing or even watching most racing on youtube. This my friend illustrates the whole deal of it. Or at least the most that a camera can do. Must have been such a surreal / nerve wrecking feeling. Well done!
Suellio, you are helping me believe in myself and making me feel like I still can get to do this things, and I can still become a racing driver. This video just gave me even more hope and I thank you a lot for that
Suellio, this content is just amazing man. Honestly mate I'm so stoked for you for what you're achieving in real life racing coming from sim racing. Watching your journey from the nerves of the very first ride in the f4 to pushing the car like that and getting a podium is super inspiring. The filming, editing and storytelling was 10/10. I'll be saving that discount code as I definitely plan to check out your course soon. Thanks for this, Suellio!
I'm happy and a bit jealous to see you having a opportunity to get into real racing. Wish you all the fun and luck on the track, can't wait to see how far your career is going to go!
This is one of the best videos from the racing scene that I watched on TH-cam recently. The video really makes you feel like you're on the spot and fighting to get a good result, awesome job!
Amazing format showing your first race 👊 kept composure, confident but not overwhelmingly so, and that mirror work on tat battle was legendary!! Congrats on podium!
AMAZING video! I loved this format, using text to allow us hearing the car and pay atention to the track. Can't wait to your next race to see videos like this. Good Luck man!!
This was fantastic. Congrats on this, so much to learn from this video about progression and patience with ourselves whether we're simracing or transitioning to real life racing. Good stuff
Wow dude this is the first time I've seen any type of formula race and I'm so intrigued and ur so lucky like wtf that looks like so much fun dude congrats for getting so far bro!
Checking the mirror was the sickest move here. Congrats Suellio, that was a more than solid performence from you! I was racing a Lambo Hurracan on a racetrack and the feeling when you hit the track for the first time - 200 bpm heartrate, sweating and the mindblowing thought now it`s the time you will never forget - that mixed feelings makes you so unsure about youre own skills - you did a great job overcoming that! greetings from germany
Bro, I have no idea that you were Brazilian until this video, when I saw our beautiful flag. Parabéns pela confiança e pela iniciativa irmão, é incrível ver você realizando meu sonho. Muito obrigado por compartilhar isso com todos nós!
This is awesome, congrats dude! You've helped so many people (at least me lol) with your setups and tutorials and it's so cool to see you living the dream.
I've seen your videos on insta, glad youtube recommended me your channel and this video!! Great content! I love how transparent you are about how you feel. Thank you for this amazing content!
great race mate, awesome to see you having a blast. I'm not experienced myself, but my 2 cents is that you definitely had the raw skills to extract an awful lot out of your car, but the real learning curve for you will probably be learning how to extract the maximum possible performance through setups. For example, you just simply didn't know that that much oversteer was holding you back! You'll get this with time and experience I imagine, but focus on that and many more great results will happen! PS your focus on survival was key here. That's the reason you got that podium, you knew that to win you had to finish :)
What a dream! Great drive out there. I've found I'm generally faster in setups that are more under-steery, even though they are harder to rotate through the corner. I first really noticed this in the Spec Racer Ford. Maybe it rings true in specific style of cars that are more over-steery than others. Thanks for the content
Man, this is amazing. Congratulations on the podium. I watched all the course and I already can feel a difference in my driving even though I still didn't go through every video and technique and apply it on its own.
