    By far my number one sport! Currently recovering from knee sprain, eager to get back on the field again. Having my MRI tomorrow, hopefully no full ruptures. Thanks for a good video! Sergio Ramos would always do comphagen planks in his videos. No wonder he's still a beast at this age

    I play football/soccer I'm in my mid 30's but had an ACL Reconstruction in my mid 20's and struggle to get the same strength in that leg. These videos are great though, I'm getting ready for another season so will be using them quite a bit, keep it up 👍🏽

    Hi, I’m from England and I play soccer. I’ve been doing these exercises for a few weeks & I can already feel difference in both my quads & hamstrings. I wanted to know when is the best time to do this during the season & should I dedicate a whole session to this?

    Hi , from india, would appreciate if you could do a video on upper hip( near lowwer back) pain , cause when i do intense stamina or running sessions in soccer, they occur to me often.
    I used to get it only in my right upper Hip
    But then i got dry needling and got few excersizes followed by it . So never again but is happening in my left side now😂, just wabted to know what it actually is , and how can i look at it. Cause it doesn't letme get to my highest yoyo test points!.

    Since goalkeepers have a risk of injury to many parts of the body (especially as it gets colder) could you do a video for them?
