You said AI won't replace practitioners, I hope you're wrong. The current system where patients have to wait two months to only have 15 minutes to talk to their doctors and the unreliability in the quality and judgement of those doctors is awful. I would much rather an AI doctor that I can talk to at any time, with unlimited time to talk, that is non judgmental, and has deep expertise in many different fields.
@@bryank1880 If you are insinuating that I am ungrateful, I am not. Good doctors are literal heroes. I don't want doctors to stop making a living, just like I don't want anyone else to. Ideally nobody will have to work in the future.
It depends on the government and the elites of physicians. They decide where and how the healthcare resources allocated to. The physicians won’t let go their money out of their pockets to AI physicians. AI can only help their job easier and less time on each patient.
@@descai10late tot his conversation but my god your two posts are so contradictory that I am not even sure what point you are trying to make. Furthermore, while there are many like you filling the youtube comment sections with this “I can’t wait til X profession is replaced by AI” rigamarole, the reality is that current studies indicate that physicians using AI lead to better patient outcomes than either one used separately. Perhaps instead of putting out negativity we can all attest that AI will be a wonderful tool used by physicians to better care for patients and, very likely, will lead to a reduction in waiting times because it will allow physicians to spend more time with patients and less obligated time filling in an EMR

While acknowledging the importance of human interaction in healthcare, I believe that AI-powered robotics has the potential to revolutionize medical procedures. The precision and efficiency of these robots could surpass human capabilities, leading to better patient outcomes. Furthermore, the integration of AI in healthcare could streamline processes, reduce errors, and optimize resource allocation. This could potentially lower healthcare costs, making quality care more accessible and affordable for everyone. It's important to note that this is not about replacing doctors entirely, but rather augmenting their skills and enabling them to focus on patient care and complex decision-making, while AI handles tasks that require high precision and repetition. Ultimately, a balanced approach that combines the strengths of AI and human expertise could lead to a more efficient and equitable healthcare system.
Fascinating predictions for the future of healthcare AI! I'm excited to see how platforms like SmythOS will bring these visions to reality. The role of multi-agent AI systems in enhancing medical diagnostics and treatments is groundbreaking. The future of healthcare is now!

What if your brain can tell you what is wrong in your body by using a brain interface. Being able to speak to your conscience through technology. These ten forecasts will teach you about the possible effects of AI on healthcare in the future. An insightful look at how technology might change medical procedures can be seen in the film.
Your information is excellent, do you have predictions about elderly care? Nursing home care? For example in the future will there be motion detectors to prevent falling?

I am thinking about becoming a Sonographer. What do you see for the future of sonography as far as employment goes? More or less need for sonographers? Thanks for your channel. I subscribed to it.
Thank you for subscribing! There are examples for AI-connected ultrasound devices and in no way these developments indicate that there would be a lower need for sonographers.
Hi I've just completed MBBS degree but I'm very fascinated by innovation and want to pursue something in AI but I've no clue where to start Could you please give any advice? Any help would be great
I honestly doubt it. By the time A.I. will be allowed to make diagnosis, it will already be better than 99.99% of all human doctors. ChatGPT 4 helped me identify the most likely culprit of a _yet to be doctor diagnosed_ illness that I’ve been suffering from. If it wasn’t for A.I. my disease would have probably progressed twice as much as it has. I’ve lost most faith in the human medical system.
I mean, your point on why practitioners wont be replaced by AI is not so convincing. Even now chatgpt shows more empathy than 99% of the medical staff😶, most likely I would trust an AI with my health than a human. I even saw about 4 years ago an startup that got funding because they developed basically an "empathetic AI" nurse to treat patients nicely (something underpaid nursing staff doesnt do)
Great video. I have a different perspective on "A.I. will replace ". I believe professions will continue to exist, but the real disruptor will be the increase in individual capacity. By using A.I., clinicians will be able to handle more patients. As a result there will be a need for fewer clinicians, however, if populations continue to grow, this may net out to no effect. There is no guarantee that populations will grow in the short term, as the Baby boomer population eventually leaves the planet, and China is facing its own population crisis due to its policies.

I guess it would be great when we would have access to both!
I’m sure the doctors that dedicate decades of their lives to medical education would rather replace ungrateful patients with AI patients as well

The question is will AI kill as many people as doctors do from misdiagnosis or intentional malpractice?
