Wow... I have been trying to figure this out for hours. Thank you so much for creating your video and showing how to get twilio working with 3cx. Thanks again!
i need voip switch for did termination. concurrent calls should be at least 50. i want to land calls on softphone.and i need training also. thanks a lot..i am waiting for your reply. have a nice day.
Great video. Is this still working for you? I followed every step, 3CX seems to recognize the trunk but I cannot make or receive calls. 3CX doesn't support Twilio. I would like to see this working.
I got this working with alot of fiddling, i'm in the UK. Depending on what issues you are facing the crucial ones that are missing if you have followed this video are that you need e164 processing off not on. If its on 3CX and Twilio will not work. The second main issue is with the Twilio Template in 3CX may not work correctly as the outbound parameters in the SIP trunk settings may be incorrect for the From User Part. You'll have to play around with that as it has caused me issues which are hard to pinpoint and prevent things like blind transfers working and 33204 errrors showing in Twilio which are down to Invite requests failing due to CallerID which is set in the From User part in Outbound params in the SIP Trunk

A SIP trunk can handle many concurrent calls depending on your bandwidth capacity. To land the calls on your softphones, you just need to forward them to extensions and have those extensions be answered from softphones. Training? what do you mean by training?

What is my ORIGINATION URL? Is it my Public ip address?
@David Barabas the ORIGINATION URL is usually your public IP of your 3CX server
