I've watched so many of your videos and your presentation is amazing; easily one of the best teachers in general. I'm setting up FreePBX in Australia; I used to do everything via Asterisk, but have decided I don't want the headache of that anymore - cheers.

i think for making this easier i just aded a "." in match pattern because here in paskitan numbers are 11 digits 10 digits some like police helpline is two digits and some companies have 4 digits helpline numbers so that dot make our company pbx setup much eaiser and its working great

Now that part 20 has been fixed, I can add 20 and 21 to my playlist.

Should CID's not include the 1?

What do I add to make it once you dial the number it automatically dials instead of pressing call?

Is there a way to direct some extensions to use a different outbound route? Example I want extensions 201 and 203 to use one outbound route and all others to use another so that I can use different sips for the different extensions.

Hmm, you claimed that you can use more then one account on extensions you can connect 5 account simultaneously, how does that then work with CID. Suppose he's at home and he has a office phone and a home phone, which place will they show up? Or even softphone on his cell phone.

Can u pleas explain how can I map extensions to outbound routes
For example I have 5 SIP trunks
Extension from 100-199 make a call using 1st SipTrunk
Extension from 200-299 should make a call using 2nd SIPTrunk
    etc

9:10 You can put 1XX in the CallerID field for your first outbound route and then 2XX in the second one, and so on...
