- From hull form and deck, to painting and interior finish, tour the Alubat boatyard for highlights of the construction of the OVNI 370. The 370 is the smallest in the range of the popular OVNI designs that are well suited for long-range, liveaboard sailors.
The new inverted bow design not only gives a longer waterline length, improving performance, but it also expands the interior volume for living space and storage.
The raised salon aboard the OVNI 370 provides a panoramic view. Large windows surround the interior space and bring in lots of light and ventilation.

Saving up for the release in 2025, the only affordable short handed sailing yacht capable of a northwest passage crossing. It ain't easy sailing in Canada ! Love the raised seating area. One question, can you request the hull be painted ?
Why would you paint it? Honestly, don’t even think of it and better use the money for some useful equipment.

You know if you put a great big moon roof right in the center of the cabin you can move bigger objects through the moonroof before you put in the glass.

Yes, in fact these boats are launched from the boatyard off of a trailer.

Hopefully a practical and high quality boat but unfortunately not very pretty.
I don’t like bowsprits very much, they don’t evoke a sense of reliability if you need more space when turning. But the underwater part of the bow gives a smooth entrance to the wave, like the ancient Viking ships and ancient Slavic inhabitants by the sea (pomor)
