Hello Dr. Rossi, can you please make a video on Tianeptine?... it's in the TCA class of medications but doesn't have it's characteristic side effects of anticholinergic, antihistaminergic, cardiovascular etc.... It's mechanism of action is also completely different, and there seems to be a relative lack of awareness about this drug, especially in the USA where this is sold as supplement 😑... Would be great if you can explain the mechanism, side effects, efficacy, dosing etc.... BTW I'm from India, and this drug is widely available to use as an Antidepressant, and I'm currently on it

Could Wellbutrin be added as well or would that trigger mania or other issues? I have heard there are benefits to prescribing Zoloft and Wellbutrin together. (refer to vid about it on TH-cam Levelheaded Mind) Thx
Can you make a video on anafranil I have ice and I've been takong since 2014 I take 150 mh of anafranil is that too high of a dose I take the 3 of the 50 mg capsules release at bedtime it helps me sleep I like iy because it doesn't kill my sex drive like Lexapro did on 20 mg when I first got on anafranil it caused severe constipation but it doesn't have that side effect anymore I like anafranil It helps with my pure o ocd I still have obsessions but not compulsions but I like to obessed about my interest in excerise and looking good just please make a video on afranil what are your thoughts on it as a psychiatrist thank you

Dialectical behavioural therapy helps with suicidal thoughts and due to being another type of CBT it helps with depression too. Also, research for keto diet and metabolic psychiatry.
