- This has been a busy week for me and my partners as we just wrapped up a second project in the last 7 days. Outside of the closing table, this is the most fun part of flipping houses. We love remodeling these houses and helping renew the city, one house at a time. We have 3 more scheduled to hit the market over the next 30 days so stay tuned!

I know this is an old video, but I love watching what y’all do! On this flip, I would have done hard floors, or at least change the carpet color. Maybe it’s the lighting, but it looks like it clashes with the wall color and the vinyl flooring.

When i finish my flips i always say " we" done this because the contractor do the actual job but they are bringing to life what i already did in my mind, prepare for it, organize for it financially long time before the rehab start, coordinating everything to put it together, so we is appropriate.

we live in really sad times if you really have to justify yourself for saying "I did..." instead of saying "WE did..." If people would think for just a second, they would have noticed what an ammount of work it takes to coordinate all of that houseflipping. You don´t seem selfish and i really believe you are not! so why blaming you for things like that? Keep it up man! you do amazing videos. Hope your chanel will blow up some day. you really deserve it!
Behind the kitchen sink wall area is a cut out that looks into a hallway directly facing the powder room. I would put in a stain glass pebble window for a higher decor finish.
These are so helpful! I also recently found reasons to like a split level entry (although I previously despised them). Depending on the layout and the family, they can be really accommodating. Thank you for another great video!

I love the gray/white/marble style of all your homes. Especially the kitchen and bathroom. I wish we could find homes like this at that price in Minnesota. But personally I would prefer some type of railing for the living room stairs. Glass railing in modern style homes are my favorite.

My only suggestion keep the hardwood floors throughout the whole house. want to keep a consistent flow troughout the whole house.

Yes, sometimes that expense doesn't net us a positive ROI in that particular area. But we love going with hardwoods when we can. Thanks for the feedback!

First impression: dirty front door, carpet looks purple (terrible) and plush (better to be light tan and low pile especially on stairs). Flooring in bathrooms is good selection. Bottom flooring should be all vinyl. Master bedroom with door to garage is lack of privacy. Everyone will use the door.
