    I kept closing my eyes every time I saw a door about to hit the wall 😂🙈 this flip turned out great!! I would probably want to install a railing on the side of the stairs because I just know I would fall down 😅

    Wonderful flip! your wife is adorable! I loved her enthusiasm! I don't like the open stairway though; seems like a hazard waiting to happen. But thumbs up on everything else!

    Nice job. Just fyi: The closest are cedar. They used to be considered very high end to protect clothing from moths and keep them smelling fresh.

      I love the smell of cedar. My Uncle did Cedar on his upstairs bedroom and I absolutely loved it. Looked like a Log Cabin home and smelled amazing.

      Cedar Closets are good. They keep bugs and rodents out of the closets. I wish I had a big cedar closet.

    That staircase in the kitchen doesn't look safe, the owner bathroom toilet looks squished in a corner, need door stops before the handles put dents in the wall. I love the color scheme of the walls doors and floors! Love the big laundry off the entry! On my wish list is a screened porch.

    That's a really nice house.
    Yal should've added railing to the stairs to make it safer and a glass shower door to the upstairs shower would've looked really good plus yal should've added crush and run to the driveway to make it look alot better.

      The new owners can add rail and glass door if they want them. It was not needed to be in great condition.

    Lovely house …one thing , I know safety regulations are different in each country but here in Australia you would absolutely have to have safety railings on those stairs going from kitchen to floor above …quite dangerous as is especially for little kids or elderly.

    at 4:51, I think you missed the mark on that bathtub/shower pre-fabbed molded set up. Why would do you have the showerhead coming out of the wall above the fiberglass surround? That just is asking for mold to build up and further damage that the homeowner will have to repair.

    This turned out nice!!! It looks like you might have included a small space in the laundry room for a small extra freezer, which people like. I also like that you put in a French door refrigerator in again, instead of a side by side.

    If it were me, I would have closed off the smaller closet in the master suite and made a huge bathroom with a soaker tub. But all in all, I love this house!

    I would really love to always have numbers with the video even if you haven’t actually sold it yet. It still gives a good idea of everything even if the sale price ends up being a little off. The numbers are the main reason I watch these types of videos.

    Do you have a history on this house? The brick to clapboard is interesting. I like the sage green on the walls. Holy Moley, that kitchen!!!!! Love!!!!!!!! My parent's bedroom was on the first floor and our rooms were on the second...so we couldn't sneak in and out at night!

    I've been loving the color scheme of these homes. Black and grey just looks so good. Will you use the same color scheme and concepts for future rentals or is this usually exclusive to your flips? This is such a beautiful home. Though I think it would've been better to move the smaller master bedroom closet to the empty space, then you could expand the bathroom and maybe add a separate tub. In my area, having a separate shower and tub is very sought after.

    This downstairs area of this house is so beautiful!!!! The Master bdrm & bath looks like an afterthought though.Those stairs are dangerous, the door is weird and I wouldn't have gone with carpet when possibly coming from outside. And I would have loved to see a new window in the garage. But overall its very nice!

    Please put "door stops" on the baseboards of the home. You don't want to destroy the walls when the doorknobs hit the walls.

    I would have made a larger Master bath upstairs with a window and double vanities , plenty of space to take from the closets . I also would have done hardwood of the stairs that come down into the kitchen because that carpet will get nasty from cooking residue . Also I would have done a custom railing to enclose the steps they look unsafe.

    make it a "smart home" it will increase the market value! and make it more desirable. In the tiny kitchen nook area, how about a little wine fridge built in underneath with a built in wine rack on top of it. A mini butler's pantry along with some cool lighting right there. Kitchen needs some gold lol

    One thing I do have to ask according to wood lots of wood in a home because we live in Virginia as well and I know that termites and bugs definitely play a part in tearing down the wood. How do you guys go about treating the wood? Do you guys glaze it or??? Etc

    Closets have cedar inside, not pine, that is so it keeps the moths away from clothing, coats and such.

    I would have knocked down the wall between the ensuite and smaller closet and made a larger ensuite. You could have had a bigger shower and more room for the toilet. Love the neutral colours though .

    Beautiful…just one question…on the right hand side of the stairs going upstairs…shouldn’t there be a railing so children and adults don’t fall? I believe that in RI that wouldn’t pass inspection.

      Mostly just for budget reasons. We try to go as high end as possible but we do have to stay under budget.
