I like the way you’re handling the “stuff” someone will enjoy some of that stuff, and Mickey will have a new home. Keep it out of the landfills and maybe bless someone’s family.
Looks like someone’s elderly family members passed because there’s a ton of antiques in that home. Seems like they had a large family back when and now the kids don’t want the memories or the home, so sad because someone worked very hard to have a home for their family and to leave to them but the family doesn’t want it anymore.
That's a damn good price.... The square footage and floor plan of this home.... surely a lot of potential... superb deal.. three foundation looks great... after you put your touch in upgrades and such.. this home will awesome
I really miss you guys on this channel but I was enjoying your family channel but I can't wait to see the before and after on this one because I am with you on this one I can't live with all that stuff I will surely get depressed
Can’t wait to see what you do with this place. When I bought my four apartment building two of the apartments left things behind and it took 3 large dumpsters to haul everything away. On my channel I’m sharing what it’s like buying, renovating and self managing a four apartment building as a first timer
Happy birthday my fellow Libra! All kinds of presents in that house for you! Nice house at that price you paid. Unbelievable on how much money people pay throughout the years for all that junk when they can be saving that money for a nice retirement. Good luck with the mattress, Porta-Potty and the chicken.. glad to see you are back making videos.
I'm soo happy you're back!! I am subbed to your family channel & love that you share your family travels with us (I live vicariously thru you guys since you take me places I will never get to) but I also love this channel & I've missed it.Please keep them coming! Lol,lots of "stuff" is saying it nicely-how in the world would anyone have the time to clean & dust all that "stuff"?!
The house is definitely a nice fixer upper and has tremendous potential. It'll look amazing when you're finished since I've seen so many of your renovations. Can't wait to see the place when you're finished with the upgrade. As far as all the things left behind, it would be a thrift stores treasure trove. Salvation Army, St Vincent de Paul, Goodwill Industries, and others would probably give you an estimate for everything, if you donated, so you could use it as a tax write off. I agree with you on reselling the glassware on eBay, because it's more trouble than it's worth. Shipping is high, and you'd have to bubble wrap everything to prevent breakage. Big headache.
I do not want any of the things in the house but alot of that stuff is worth a lot of money. You need to have an antique appraiser to value that stuff before you give it away. Especially, some if the glassware and dishes and records.
i cant wait till the end. Do an Estate sale. You dont have to pack or ship or move items. There are many people who would love the glassware and what nots abd pictures (etc) . You advertise it enough to let it hit the main edition of local paper usually 10 to 14 days in advance. There are also things called make your offer sales. I could see potential for bringing it into current style. The main floor needs to go to 2 bedrooms and 2 updated larger full baths. You could probably squeeze in a small office when you combine the 2 smaller bedrooms. Of course part of that room would also go to a spacious master bath. Then since You have the possibility of income downstairs. Something needs to become a legal bedroom with closet and window. That huge closet would be a great bath + closet and laundry niche.
Wow, this home has potential! Looks like a lot of valuables inside. I wonder if an antique appraiser could look over some of the items and maybe hire an event planner to coordinate a sale.
wish you could steal space from the primary bedroom that other bath to make a shower for the primary bath... think it's expected in homes now. especially a house this size
The house once it's completely remodel would be a nice house. I would add an extra bath to the basement. When I see a home like this I feel a little sad. When my grandmother died we weren't able to keep the house so things were left behind. I just always think items left behind meant something to some of these people too.
Yes the house is big. Excuse me STUFF is not the word for it. LoL 😂. I seen some things that are probably worth a few dollars. Good luck on the clean up 😜. Hope it sales soon for you fingers crossed 🤞
Have you considered taking some of the items to an auction house? Another TH-camr Curiosity Incorporated uses an auction house that sells and ships the items.
So much stuff and no fun sorting out and packing up and l saw some good stuff dishes dolls old tea set l love the 2car garage it's a big spacious beautiful home.
Good Evening Jon! Once you remove all that stuff and remove all carpet and everything. That really a nice house with alot of rooms. I got sick to my stomach looking at all that crap. Enjoy your night😍🙏
Wow what a massive house... with a lot of "stuff" in it. Do the comps support renovating it? With the size, I would imagine it would be hard to make any money on.
The picture “Grace” (the guy praying over the bread) is from Enstrom Studio in Bovey, MN. They went out of business several years ago. Random fact: My senior pictures were also from their studio.
You are right: there is a lot of... stuff inside, not a lot of which is valuable I am afraid, even the chicken you picked! I hope you will fnd a good solution for this huge house which "eats" almost its entire lot.
John, did they move out🤔??? You are so right, this give me anxiety(waay too much 'stuff🤨' left behind. Sorry-not sorry I couldn't buy this house!! 'Stuff' left behind, now becomes your responsibility😕. I can't wait, for the transformation on this house🎆.
Hi, have you ever heard of Goodwill? I think these people who lived in this house 🏠 were in the garage sale business. They would buy stuff and resell it. Maybe covid hit their business hard and they loss their house.
Jon is it possible to give some of that stuff back to the Family? Hard to believe they wanted to get rid of all that. Scratch that Jon! After watching I heard you loud and clear🤣🤣
Let me guess, the people that lived there considered themselves to be “collectors “ not hoarders! Congratulations on your great vacation too! Sounds like so much fun! This house, once you renovate it will no doubt be awesome 😎👏 like always!
Really as long as it doesn't say, Made in China it's most likely worth money. A master bath, without a tub or shower, doesn't really make it a true master bath, I think. Personally, I was forced to be a minimalist at one time, because I went to residential school and we weren't allowed to have a lot of stuff, but now because of that I'm a bit of a hoarder and it's hard for me to get rid of things sometimes, hopefully that doesn't happen with your daughter.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A SCAM COMING FROM THE SCHOELLER FAMILY CHANNEL… Suggesting that you have won a prize, in order to collect the prize you have to pay the shipping fees. Please be aware of The scammers on this channel!! The Schoeller seems to be a wonderful family. Which I still believe in as loving, caring people.
How would I go about signing up for your real estate investment help/financial mentorship ? I just want to speak to someone about how to get started, cost, etc. It could be great if you could respond with an email or website where I could get started. Thanks Jon !
man! I own a junk removal company too bad i'm in not in WV otherwise you could gimme a call lol. If you ever invest into Virginia though gimme a shout!
Who lives like this?? I would be so embarrassed to leave that kind of mess behind! It gives me anxiety to see so much junk. Sorry - but I don’t think I would be alone in saying that.
The carpet/drapes comment had me ROLLING!!
Look very good, it is very nice place
I like the way you’re handling the “stuff” someone will enjoy some of that stuff, and Mickey will have a new home. Keep it out of the landfills and maybe bless someone’s family.
Mannnn!!!! I would have a rummage sale for a weekend, and then hire a cleaning crew.

We may have it already sold "as is" 🤞

Susan Blauss, you will definitely travel to see the world

You are right some if this stuff is worth a lot of money. I do so hope it can be gone thru and be saved or sold.

I enjoyed seeing all the "stuff"!!! And your commentary is the best!!!!
Wow, this home has potential!
Looks like a lot of valuables inside. I wonder if an antique appraiser could look over some of the items and maybe hire an event planner to coordinate a sale.
Estate sale needed for sure
This house reminds me of Antique Road Show in waiting. This stuff is not junk, it it at least collectibles and worth something.
This house got good potential
it's going to be absolutely beautiful when you're done.
All the very best.
That is quite a house! I agree that the all the stuff is anxiety inducing, great job sticking with the tour. Good luck with it!
I love this tour. It's a gold mine, but not enough time. Really, it's a very nice house.
Somehow the A&E network show “The Hoarders” was pushed to me and now I’m binge watching. 🤦♀️😮
When I first saw your intro I thot I was back there.😂
If you don’t want to deal with the stuff then hold an auction.. there are a lot of collectibles and vintage stuff. I love mid century.
You should have an estate sale to clear out the left over stuff
wish you could steal space from the primary bedroom that other bath to make a shower for the primary bath... think it's expected in homes now. especially a house this size

Why didn't you take them instead of leaving them for someone else to clean up?
Bora bora is amazing! ❤ so glad you guys got to go
This house has huge potential. I'll be waiting your next video with this house.
That's a big house, so many rooms it would look good with the gray that you always use.
Yes the house is big. Excuse me STUFF is not the word for it. LoL 😂. I seen some things that are probably worth a few dollars. Good luck on the clean up 😜. Hope it sales soon for you fingers crossed 🤞

I would love this house if I lived in VA. stuff and all..😊
Good Evening Jon! Once you remove all that stuff and remove all carpet and everything. That really a nice house with alot of rooms. I got sick to my stomach looking at all that crap. Enjoy your night😍🙏
Wow a big house and a lot of stuff. I like it.
Wow what a massive house... with a lot of "stuff" in it. Do the comps support renovating it? With the size, I would imagine it would be hard to make any money on.
This house has lot of good things i wish if am near i will get some as am starting a new firmly but am far in south africa i like the vedeo
The picture “Grace” (the guy praying over the bread) is from Enstrom Studio in Bovey, MN. They went out of business several years ago. Random fact: My senior pictures were also from their studio.
Oh wow. Worth something?
Love the educational videos about flipping.
Hey I was just wondering when you was coming back I hate to say it but it definitely a hoarder's house
An online sellers treasure shop 😁. So much stuff! Maybe the previous home owner was a treasure seeker like me.
You might want to call the Salvation Army or other thrift shops. They will probably pick it up which would save you a lot of time. Just a thought.
You are right: there is a lot of... stuff inside, not a lot of which is valuable I am afraid, even the chicken you picked! I hope you will fnd a good solution for this huge house which "eats" almost its entire lot.
How do you keep your receipts
So much stuff! ... I love the cow! 🐮
Yes, I don't doubt there are several treasures among all that 'stuff'-luckily you have people who will go through it & find the treasures😊.
Congratulations. Another property xx
Hi Jon
Just quick question , do u get Inspector to inspect th house before buying it
My business partner is a general contractor
John, did they move out🤔???
You are so right, this give me anxiety(waay too much 'stuff🤨' left behind. Sorry-not sorry I couldn't buy this house!! 'Stuff' left behind, now becomes your responsibility😕. I can't wait, for the transformation on this house🎆.
Hi it’s scary what happened good luck for you 😊
I would have hired an appraiser. It’s looks likes a lot of valuable “stuff” in there. You may be able to recoup the 100k you spent !😃
When is the yard sale?
Just found this channel♥️ I just subscribed ❤️
You should have an inside yardsale and get rid of a lot of what was left behind.
We would have did that if we didn't make a deal with the demo guy. Hopefully he made some good money from selling it all.
Grab a black light and check those glass containers if their uranium glass they can be worth some money hint hint they glow green
Ppl that are into setting up at flea mkts would probably take all that for a set price.
Woah, you found a piece by Harry the Musk V from Dublin?! 😱
😅😅😅
What a good buy
Tbh this almost reminds me of my grandmas house. She had a bunch of stuff like that, just not that much.
Interesting!!🖐🏾
Hi, have you ever heard of Goodwill? I think these people who lived in this house 🏠 were in the garage sale business. They would buy stuff and resell it. Maybe covid hit their business hard and they loss their house.
That wasn't the case here.
Jon some of that stuff may be worth some money
Especially those dishes, cups etc. Some of those figurines, records
Oh for sure!
Jon is it possible to give some of that stuff back to the Family? Hard to believe they wanted to get rid of all that. Scratch that Jon! After watching I heard you loud and clear🤣🤣
Call up your local goodwill store and come and get a lot of it hey
Oh wow. I wish I live near by so I could come rescue some of that stuff. You could also donate it to salvation army or good will.
Let me guess, the people that lived there considered themselves to be “collectors “ not hoarders! Congratulations on your great vacation too! Sounds like so much fun! This house, once you renovate it will no doubt be awesome 😎👏 like always!
Thanks for watching!!
That will make somebody a nice house. I personally would need a little more yard
O WOW! Someone just got fed up then decided to walk out of that house without looking back.🤭
Ahh. I wouldn't even know where to start sorting all that "stuff'
The house look nice outside it's just need to be cleaned out with all that junk. Please show after pic
I would have a yard sale and see if people would buy any
Maybe you can have a yard sale
Really as long as it doesn't say, Made in China it's most likely worth money.
A master bath, without a tub or shower, doesn't really make it a true master bath, I think.
Personally, I was forced to be a minimalist at one time, because I went to residential school and we weren't allowed to have a lot of stuff, but now because of that I'm a bit of a hoarder and it's hard for me to get rid of things sometimes, hopefully that doesn't happen with your daughter.
The carpet looks like mold or moss.
haha probably very similar to both at this point
Call a two weeks garage sale it might just pay for the house. May be thats what the previous owner did. Thank you
That’s an most unusual house and I’d like to see how you all make it over. But please don’t send me that chicken 🤣😂😂
Haha come on Jeff, you know you want that chicken 😅

First time watching...I thought it was interesting
Thanks for checking it out!
You could do a yard sale, on what is in great condition, this is a big house 😢
All that stuff would give me anxiety too. Hoarders lived in that house. It must smell awful.
I mean this in a respectful way but this house is yucky. Thanks for the video I do appreciate it.
Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🥰

Wow looks like a hoarder lived there or maybe passed away.
🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
Most of that stuff is junk. It didn't look like anything useful except all of the dishes. The records might be worth something.
I’m sorry, they were hoarders. Nasty
