Restaurant Style Chilli Potato/Potato Chilli Dry/Spicy Starter | Ep: 274

- Ingredients
Potato-2
Corn flour-3tbsp
Salt-
Kashmiri Chilli powder-1tsp
Oil-for deep frying
Ginger-1tsp
Garlic-1tbsp
Onion-1/2 of 1
Capsicum-1/4 of 1
Green chilli-4
Dry red chilli-4
Soya sauce -2tbsp
Chilli Sauce -2tbsp
Tomato ketchup -2tbsp
Vinegar-1tsp
Salt-
Sugar-1 1 / 2tsp
Sesame oil -1tsp
Corn flour -1 / 2tsp in 1 tbsp
Spring Onion-
Method
peel and cut potato into medium thick pieces ..
Soak for 10 minutes and then drain ..
In a bowl add cornflour, salt and chilli powder mix well ..
To this add potato and mix ..keep aside for 15 minutes ..
Now heat oil and deep fry the potato ..
In a wok, add ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and green chilli ..
Saute for few seconds ..
Then add onion cubes and saute ..
Now add capsicum and saute ..
Then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketup, sugar, vinegar ..
mix well ...
add boiled water and boil ..
now add salt ..
check the taste .. adjust ..
Now add 1 tbsp corn flour mix (add 1tsp corn flour in 1tbsp of water)
mix well and cook ..
finally add fried potato and mix well ..
sprinkle some sesame oil and finally add chopped green onions ..
So the tasty potato chilli dry is ready to serve ..
