    Ingredients
    Parotta -6
    Onion -1/2 of 1 (finely chopped )
    Garlic -6 finely chopped
    Ginger -1 tsp finely chopped
    Green chilli -12
    Celery -1tsp (opt)
    Spring Onion -1 tsp (opt )
    Green capsicum -1tbsp (opt)
    Sugar -1/4tsp
    Salt -
    Capsicum -1/2 of 1( cubes )
    Onion -1/2 of 1 (cubes )
    Tomato Sauce -2tbsp
    Chilli Sauce -1tbsp
    Soy Sauce -2tsp
    Vinegar -1/4tsp
    Hot water -1 to 11/2 cup
    Cornflour -1tsp
    Oil -2tbsp
    Method
    Cut the parotta into small cubes. Take a heavy bottom wok add some cooking oil (not coconut oil). When the oil is heated up add finely chopped garlic, onion , ginger, celery , spring onion and capsicum. Saute it. Add a pinch of sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Saute well. Add green chilly (according to your spice level). When the onion turns brown, add cubed capsicum and onion. Add ¼ tsp vinegar ,Saute.Add tomato ketchup.Saute.Green chilly sauce . Saute well. Dark soya sauce . Saute well. Add hot water. Check the spices and salt. Add the parotta cubes. Mix well. Let the parotta be soft. sprinkle 2 tbsp of cornflour + water mix on the top of the parotta. Mix well. Turn of heat. Add green part of the spring onion. Sprinkle some gingelly oil on top.
