Today Gerry and I are off to the desert lands of Tattooine to play a huge game of Star Wars Legion from Fantasy Flight Games. With an unloading of 862 points, Gerry has equipped himself with a Million Speeder Bikes against my Rebel force.
Today's supply run has 5 crates which are played a lot like conquest mode in which you can flip the objectives to your favour, holding your zones and eliminating your enemy that appears on the horizon.
Gerry's hoping for a lot of movement and numbers, we know how it works out in the movies... How will it turn out in this game?

Yeah last game I played I found that 3 speeder bikes worked better for me than my AT-ST. That might be because I got three 5 hit rolls in one round though. :)

claiming an objective will actually move it with the unit leader who claimed it. It drops when they run or are destroyed.
In this scenario we played it as a Capture & Hold scenario.

The FFG barricades are considered heavy cover so you'll cancel two wounds and not just one?
When are you guys going to upload another video of you playing? I’ve been checking weekly on the channel and am disappointed I can’t get my fix.
I still think it’s a shame you’ve opted to have the open ground free for all in the middle. I know we discussed this after your last video but I really think you should give it a try. The terrain you use is quite low level so wouldn’t really block much from view especially with your multiple camera angles.
Your videos are of high quality production and just need an interesting tactical game to really give them the edge. 👍🏻
We have played amongst terrain before, a good example is the Drowned Earth Let's Play. While it does give a very tactical feel about the game for the players involved, it's very, very difficult to show it off on camera for an audience. We constantly struggle to find a good balance between what's fun and what's viable to shoot on camera.
