Hi thanks for sharing in the video. I just install a new electric Steering motor. The steering wheel feels tight when turning right. You think this might help to recalibrate?
Thanks for the video. Have a 2013 Fiesta and you're travelling straight with steering wheel straight. However, it's been to the garage and they're out of ideas as to why the car is pulling left. All the obvious stuff is checked. Would this reset fix this problem?
Hi guys...great video! I have a 2011 Ford Edge and replaced steering angle sensor. I did get the ThinkDiag+ device, but the app does not have the Edge as a choice in the Maintenance Functions / Reset Steering Angle Sensor (SAS). I could not find where else to do this in the ThinkDiag+ app...any ideas??
You would figure that, 10 to 16 years down the road from then, that someone, somewhere and somehow would have figured out how to write the code to allow independent testing of the module and / or the motor without the removal of either. We can put a rover on Mars, but we can't figure out if it's the module or the motor or both BEFORE we buy or remove either. What's wrong with THIS picture?
All I did was change Bad car battery, to new Motorcraft Battery, Started the car,And Got hit immediately With a steering Assist Fault,Very hard to steer Now!

Would the thinkTaig mini do it? I have had the tracking completed twice and its still not right. Great video
Nice video!
Where is the angle position sensor on a 2014 Ford Fusion 2.5L? Is it in the clockspring in the steering column or down in the rack box?
2014 Ford Fusion - if you replace the rack, can an independent garage flash the computer to make it work or does it have to be a dealer?
