When I was in the Army I was fortunate enough to meet Paul at the Atlanta airport when I was heading overseas. He took the time to speak with us for a few minutes and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing, despite the guy he was with trying to hurry him along to his boarding gate. He even took a photo with us. I cherish that moment because I always thought he was the coolest dude ever and appreciated that he was willing to hang out with us for a bit.

And how you didn't add in any unnecessary details especially with money and fame when talking about your friend, Paul Walker, and over glorifying some things like how some people would when they're with celebrities
It's been a long time since he had passed away and really it's just hard to believe that he's no more especially as someone who had a great impact on the car scene and the community the Fast & Furious series just wasn't the same after he passed away with F7 being the last one I truly enjoyed

Big time miss Paul Walker, One of the biggest reasons why I wont sell my supra is out of respect to paul, everytime I sit in it and fire it up just reminds me of him and the first movie in 2001 that made me fall in love with tuner cars, ontop of that single handedly building it up from scratch, getting bits and parts to get the way I want it and it still isnt finished since 2010 lol, Hopefully by summer 2023 next year I have the bodykit fully completed and painted.

@@shanetyler9391 Its crazy that I owned 2 considering how rare they have gotten. I had a red one and currently a black one, the red one I had from 2007-2010, long story short it got damaged in a crash, bought a black SZ to transfer everything from the red RZ, TT engine, straight through exhaust system, apexi air filter, afc neo, all the electronics, practically everything apart from the bodykit and wheels which unfortunately were damaged. So since 2010 its been a long build but I love every minute of it seeing it take shape, even met my gf in 2011 who is now my wife, drove it on our first date, even she cant believe I still held onto it to this day but she understands why I am keeping it.

I especially love that interview he did where he was saying that he loved when people called him Brian instead of Paul because he loved that character so much. I'd say the only other person that is just as passionate about cars is Sung Kang. He might not have a huge collection but he is a car guy and I love Tokyo Drift despite the hate it gets.
anddd I hate to be that guy on such a nice video, I just can't stand where the franchise has gotten to with the all the crazy, bullshit stunts and the stupid plot lines. It ain't even about the cars anymore. They really need to just end it with this FF10...

He liked Guns that's friggin awesome :) i love guns and JDM cars also pretty amazing got another friend that has a S13 that has a serious RB26 Build over 800hp he likes guns also and i have a S14 with a SR pretty good build and a very clean car no rust at all. Paul was a legend among the Tuner community and car community in general. He was and always will be my favorite character in those movies it was such a shock to me when he died i got pretty drunk when i found out he died he was a hero to me and so many others.

I think the year 2000 was the year I got into cars. My dad owned a blue Buick Grand Prix with a 5.0. 4 speed auto. Not sure what year, but probably from 85-87. Had the console shifter too. He ended up selling it after my parents bought a house. Wasn't a fast car, but as a kid it was a cool car to ride in. On my 10th Birthday I had a Fast and The Furious birthday cake lol. That movie, along with Gran Turismo, Need For Speed Underground games, and then 2 Fast 2 Furious movie is what got me into cars even farther.
It had a car model of the Supra. I've always loved the green eclipse, but later in life realized it wasn't even a 4g63... same as Jesse's Jetta not being a vr6 😅. Now I love drag racing, drifting, rally, and pretty much anything car related. I do have to say I have seen The Fast and The Furious movie at least over 50 times. I used to watch it as a teenager. My dad still jokes about it. Now being 31, I still watch the movie every 2 years. I know the first movie is a little unrealistic, but it still brings joy to me watching Paul rip the "420a" in the parking lot and say, "SHITTT!" 😅

People give the newer movies crap for being ridiculous..let's be honest. They were always ridiculous if you pay attention. Craig did his best to remedy the Hollywood of the first 2 movies. But Paul's persona is what got people hooked. When I was a kid you either liked ford's or chevys. Paul made it cool to like Japanese cars like the Skyline, and mitsubishis. RIP Paul.

Until this days it bothers me how an Eclipse got more screen time than the R34. Paul's silver GTR was beautiful. RIP Paul.

That’s still a tough loss I loved muscle cars when I was a kid because of my dad being a gear head but it was Paul and The Fast and the Furious movies that got me into the import tuner scene I was actually 17 when the first film came out and 18 or 19 when the second film came out I use to have a whole collection of tuner magazines like Super Street, Import Tuner, and a couple others and I would look through them over and over again dreaming of the day I could build my own and have it in a magazine unfortunately that never happened but I had a deep love for Imports I was a huge Mitsubishi EVO fan I wanted a EVO 8 so bad.
