@@Sn-tk8rq Yes, it's only down side. For my every day carry I never use my sternum strap anyway. For bigger days I can just use my current one. I did give it a go for 40 bucks though
Have you found a good use for the side attachment points? Been thinking it can be for dangling some water or a dry bag for laundry maybe. Not sure how a side pouch would interface well there but it would lessen the minimalistic look too
I haven't put anything crazy on it. I mainly use it as a weekend road trip pack. I usually just attach travel size hand sanitizer and sunblock on it with a carabiner. Definitly nothing exciting.
Thanks, It is the 6x pro. I had the first Vivoactive before this one and this is a big upgrade. The maps in the watch is good but i would use it only for emergencies, your phone is more convenient and faster in the city and i use the inreach when hiking.
The Inreach is a Garmin handheld GPS with satellite texting capabilities. I currently live in Alaska and go to remote areas often, so I need a way to communicate in case of emergencies.
I have the same camelbak flask but in 500ml and 750ml, will these fit in those side pockets? In another review someone did point out the pockets had little magnets for secure closing, is that true? You said the pack didn't have them... :)
I dont have the 500ml camelbak but i do have something in similar size and that bottle does fit. But the 750ml would not fit. I dont see any magnet for the side pockets.
I found the Pack Man’s review that said there was a magnet on that pocket. Mine does not. Looking closely at his video, i wont say that there isn’t a magnet on his but i dont see the pocket closing when he puts it together as he talks about the magnets. So, even if there is one, its almost non-functional
Just ordered one for light carry purposes. $39 Black Friday sale. 60% off regular price.
I also own the Switchblade pack which is incredible.
That is exactly why I am here... trying to decide if I want to pick it up. lol
Black Friday snag for $39. Steal.
@@dohman76lol, me too! Haha. No sternum strap though

Yeah, for $40 it’s a good bag
Thank you for the thorough review!
Best one so far IMHO
Thanks for the review. You told me exactly what I needed to confirm. It will make a fine weekend travel bad.

great review, Cheers !
Definitely a good weekend/carry-on/day at the beach style backpack...for 40 bucks you get a quality backpack and not a cheap walmart Jansport
Good review.
Good review
Nice review. Is that a fenex 7 pro that you have? If so, how do you like it? I’m considering buying one and like the idea of the maps.

Just plain.
