According to the webtoon, the goop monster was once a child who hid in a closet while his mom was killed by a monster. He turned this way because he didn't want to be seen, just like when the little boy in the vent was hiding and before he almost got caught, he got saved by the goop

all Korean man has a mandatory service to serve as army for two years...the only exception is when you got some disease that makes you cannot join the army

All Korean Men are required to serve mandatory military service for approximately 2 years. So not UDT (SEALs) or even ROK Marines, but at least have basic military training.

And now your almost ready for a new show 😂 I always recommend Vincenzo. It's one of my favorite kdramas (or just shows in general). It's super funny and incredibly dark and serious. By ep 3/4 you'll wanna watch the rest in one go.

It doesn't matter if the doctor is from the enemy's country or not.
There is war then there is the victim and the victim could be your soldier, a soldier is a victim. We will always need doctors in a war.
Women and children should not be killed too. Why? Women can be your women. :)
Children can grow up as a soldier. Why? We don't know how long the war could last.
How about men who is not a doctor? Hmm, Gather them in an area. They are strong, sometimes we need brawn. :)

Most of the time because the higher-ups didn't want to lose any lands, borders of a country, or something important to the country.
