It's so funny to me how most people who watch this drama think the CG is bad when most of the monsters are actually people in special effects makeup and costumes lol. I think they look amazing with the exception of a few of the background monsters they sometimes show for like a second roaming outside. I recommend checking out some behind the scenes when you're done reacting to this season. It might change your mind XD
i never understand complaints about CGI like... its never gonna be 100% perfect because they can't really film monsters in this show or blow up buildings in action films. its obviously gonna have to be fake so its never gonna be perfect lol
song kang (the depressed suicidal highschooler dude) is the reason why i watched this show multiple times (and for the plot too 😀) . this might come off as a surprise but hes turning 30 soon btw and one more thing for you to love even more about him is that hes 6'2 😩

I hated his characters in Nevertheless and in Love Alarm. I thought he was great when he was a cast member on the mystery variety show: Village Surviva, the Eight. Maybe i just prefer his non acting persona more. Haha. Hes just too goofy in person
my demon is great since you like his goofy persona. hes quite funny in my demon tbh but just a fair warning my demon has a bit of a cringyness to it too, just SOME SCENES LMAO. most of the times its great.@@ohnoez3

this is also based on a korean webtoon (like all of us are dead) and it is so good. unfortunately, they don't dive into the monsters back stories in the drama like in the webtoon.
Ya'll should check out Flower of Evil. It's a really good weekly Murder Mystery kdrama. It also has a fun dynamic between the husband, wife, and baby daughter main characters
I love the commentary interaction between the two of them. They had me laughing as well as enjoying the episode. I thought the girl on the roof was a possible love interest. After she started talking I knew she was nothing but trouble so I was like forget her there's a better woman for you to find to give a reason to live. The bass player could've handled that lady with the stroller situation better. I would've just played along to not make her feel awkward. That guy in the white shirt (who I guess was the building manager) was so annoying. I get that the gangster guy is just what you would expect, but the manager guy was just a wimp that acts and talks like he's running things and should just sit down, shut up and let other people get things done. He only cares about most likely himself and the building, maybe his wife too. I wouldn't be putting up with that guy for long before I have to check his BS. I don't know what that thing was that got in the building, but I wouldn't have been standing there looking at it. My Black backside would've left immediately because brother man don't play that. I'm going to find a weapon and a safe place to hide out. No way I'm waiting for something to kill me. Enjoyed the reaction 👍👍✌out. **SPOILER** (Only what happened in this episode; No Future Stuff) I really want to know what was the cause of the infection. I think the fish in the box is a mislead because what about the ones outside, did they get messed up fish too. I'm thinking the security guard might have get it before being inside, then gave it to the woman with the cat. She then gave it to the main character when he passed out in her blood that was on the floor in the hallway. I think the firefighter lady got infect on her back when she tried to run back inside. I thought it got her on the leg, but there was blood on her back where that tongue thing lashed at her. I think she is the one in the vent wearing only her underwear from the teaser trailer. She had that weird lower back thing going on when her back was turned to the camera. I'm wondering if that big muscled up thing from the trailer was what turned over the truck outside and then yelled "PROTEIN".
22:14 This made me sad as a Korean with less than average looks. 😢 I think the show didn’t have a high budget iirc....that can probably explain why some of the monster effects don't look as good. Keep watching though. The show is great 👍
I’m not too worried about the CGI. The concept and the characters are good enough to let it slide. It’s all about the fun and so far this first episode is delivering.
Season 1 was fantastic but Season 2 dropped the ball. I'm not sure if it would be worth your time to watch 2 before season 3 is out. Season 1 is a character study mixed with monster horror. Season 2 doesn't know what it is.
