That SCSI model under microsoft manufacturer doest work and I can't even update it either...wt to do bro....none of the existing models in my system couldn't be installed or updated related to imaging device drivers
There wasn't Microsoft on the options, so I choosed the Dell but it still didn't work. My Camera still says "To start, Connect to a camera". And oh by the way, there were problems on my laptop, as I scanned for problems and they detected the "Unknown USB Device (Port Restart Failed)" what to do?

Well, basically same thing is happening to me, i use to have HD Wide Vision for my camera on skype, then it disappeared, under device manager my imaging device is gone now, i tried reinstalling it like you said on the video, the SCSI scanner device and my laptop isn't recognizing it. I've been having this problem for a while now, already went through steps with a HP tech over the phone and can't figure it out. The USB device is all that shows under camera on skype now, sometimes it doesn't even want to turn on and i have to restart skype for it to show up again. So i don't know what to do, this can be kind of frustrating. If you could help me figure this out, i really appreciate it, thank you.
