  • Day 3 of your 24 Days of Pilates is an energising Pilates routine incorporating 2 fiery standing flows and the abs section from day 2 as well as some other lovely exercise to helpful us feel energised, strong and connected!     It’s 2023 I’m starting this series this month of January. I’m loving it because it’s prepping my body back in daily work outs . It’s my goal to dive deeper into Pilates.

    I'm loving this 24 day challenge! I started going to pilates class once a week at the beginning of this year, and then doing classes on youtube, and I am absolutely loving how much stronger I am feeling and how good my posture is now. I love your videos, they are a perfect length and always slightly different.

    Day 3 done : my legs were literally shaking, but i loved how i didn't stop! I felt amazing at the end of the session ❤️

    Although this is an energising flow, I decided to do it right before bed and I'm mind blown this really helped me connect with my body, I definitely feel energised I also calm and collected- my mind feels less chaotic and stress ridden! Thank you Lottie wish I had found you sooner 💕

    This one was Day 3, and I was worried about this one. I found it easier this time around and my range of movement was a little clunky, but I was surprised at my balance. Greatly improved. Thanks!

    Felt a sweat with this one - must admit I faltered in the plank so modified and continued with the wide squats and then finished with press ups after the last cat cowl.

    I couldn’t do this routine. Think I’m too old and stiff to lunge and twist and squat in 2 seconds flat! 🤣😂 enjoyed watching Lottie whip through it all whilst I flummoxed around and finally caught up at the end virtually standing on my head! Glad I don’t have an audience - it’s not pretty 🤩

    @Lottie Hi, I start doind this I really liked this series of 24 day pilates! I have a question, I find it a little fast the instructions to keep up but I also do them in the morning, is it maybe better to do them during the day or evening? Thanks you! I really like your videos!!!

      That's quite common to feel some tension there, keep working on finding depth in the curl up and reset whenever you need too. Try not to pull on your head but focus on lifting from your chest and using your abdominals. Just do what you can. x

    Pilates trainers seems so effortless when they do this videos. But Lottie is different. İts like she feels pain and joy at the same time on her body. I feel close with her because she makes all the noises like i do 😁

      Welcome to the channel. I am a Pilates teacher but I like my classes to flow and there's some similarities between Pilates and yoga. Joseph Pilates was inspired by yoga, martial arts, boxing, dance and other practices when he developed his method. Over the years it's evolved and is mindful movement with grounding principles that thread through it all. x
