Recently, I started a compaine where my players all wanted to play dwarfs from the five-kings mountains, they want to find an old dwarven fortress in the Menador Mountain's. I have a lot of love vor this place, and i really excited, your videos always help me with new idears. Thank you🙏
Hello, I just wanted to say thank you! You are doing such a service to the TTRPG community by creating these videos! Not only are they informative to people wanting to get into pathfinder, but they also serve as inspiration for those wanting to create their own fantasy settings! And you do so with such glee, which is equally inspiring!
Man, Isger really got the raw end of the deal. Becoming nothing more than a glorified trade route between Cheliax and Druma. With the people in power and in charge having no incentive to aid their people. What a brutal place... That being said, if i were to make a character that originates from here, I would definitely make a member of the Sisters of the Golden Erinyes. Someone who, in traveling with a good aligned party, would come to understand life beyond the brutality they knew for their entire life. Maybe they would come back to their homeland eventually and help the people who, like them, had their entire lives shrouded by constiany cynicism and misery. Golarion is such a cool setting, man. Makes it so easy to make a character concept for any given land. Thanks again Mythkeeper for the high quality content, as always!
While I find your post truly awesome, I had a short nightmare. It was a show like Oprah, only the hostess and guests were variously ranked priestesses of Urgathoa. In my nightmare, they were holding "Beauty tips" for various undead, the majority of whom were ghouls. The studio audience was tied down to their seats, and they were to be fed to the ghouls at the end of the show.
@@chadhale-d5t Sounds like something that would go down in Geb. If you want more nightmare fuel, mythkeeper did a video on that region bout a year ago. As a enjoyer of most things macabre, it's one of my favorite videos that he's done.

Yeah! Definitely not a place to bring a cultist of URGOTHOA! Role-playing Bort Bargith's death, the cultist player character breaks out into glossolalia fits, giving urgathoa "all the praise and glory". These people are the surviving remnant of a terrible plague, I can see the entire village turning against the PC's and attacking. I can then see the jubilant Urgathoa cultist declare a "REAPING!" and whip out a Vorporal scythe +12 hackmaster slaughtering the entire town... adventure OVER!
I gave some advice to the other Plaugestone GM in these comments: 1. remind your players that this module can be *DEADLY*! 2. remind them to "Not Split the Party"! 3. provide them additional alchemical items and talismans! a potency crystal used by the melee masters at the right time can save your game!
I like how even the more normal (as opposed to say, Nex or Geb) regions in Pathfinder still have so much detail and consideration put into them. Another awesome video!
That is SO Paizo! A world rich in such detail... If anyone were to be "Isekaied" to the world of Golarion, they could find a place to call home no matter who you are!

This is the one I was waiting for. Isger was where my first PC for Pathfinder drew its origins. Deep in the Chitterwood is a hidden city, a goblin city. The goblins there are different. There are barely 500 of them, but they are very capable hunters and trackers who do not worship the hero-gods of the goblins, do not serve demonic lords, will not bend the knee to any hobgoblin and can all read & write. They serve the Seelie goblin King Yellowtongue, named for the mustard-yellow banner he carries into war against hobgoblins, unseelie fey and the undead. To find the city, you need only find one of the numerous arches carved into a tree and speak the words “show me the way”, or Xar Xho Sa, in goblin. It opens a portal into the first world that the Yellowtongue Rangers use to cross the forest entirely unseen. Near every gate is a farm and a small garrison, sometimes only home to 2-3 goblins, but a road leading to each of the others is nearby.
@@chadhale-d5t Near every fey gate are five idols that cast Plant Growth, so the thickest part of the overgrown forest hides the secret path. The farm of the Ghillie Dhu, or Master of the Path, is where the gates open into the first world. Each idol can also cast Obscuring Mist and Control Weather at the command of the Ghillie Dhu, so the hidden road stays hidden. Inside the first world along the path, it is always late summer, so the days are still warm, the leaves are still green and there is always fruit, mushrooms, truffles and food to forage, enough to feed a small army. That overabundance of ready forage is why the goblins are entirely different from others. They never go hungry. These are fey goblins, not goblins. When they use fire, it will be from a whistling arrow fired from a Flaming short bow +1. You’ll hear it coming before the roof of your cottage or your tent catches fire to drive you out. They are very precise when they use fire and very friendly when you don’t.
What you said at the beginning: I like Isger as a nation BECAUSE it is a protectorate of Cheliax. It's the perfectly place to set a huge, three way war in the Shining Kingdoms which has great story potential! Also the Hellknights, goblins and other problems make it a great country for adventurers and statesmen alike!

A little surprised that there was no mention of Breachill. Home base for an entire AP. In fact, the first AP of 2nd edition extensive write-up about it and right next to citadel Alterein.

The club members get access to 4 videos early, but every single one of those videos goes to the main channel eventually. There are no club member exclusive videos on the Mythkeeper channel. For example, right now my club members just got Thuvia at the same time I released Isger to the public channel. In 4 weeks, the public channel will get Thuvia. Likewise next week I have War for the Crown 3.2 going to my public channel, and my club members will get War for the Crown 3.4.
I'm fan of Science Fiction, Lord of the rings, and Dungeons and Dragons for sometime now I want to know more lore and the universe of Pathfinder lately.

This is a lame answer, but I don't have favorites. I like the interplay of the nations and their history, so each one separated from the others isn't as interesting as the whole to me.
The thorn-war does not bode well for the Elven Nation, Me thinks they should call on their neighbors for help. Get some Andoran "Dark moon vale" Druid circles and were-wolf packs! get some 5-kings Dwarves who are sick of Droskar running things! Call on the Taldor Knighthoods, hell even send a letter of introduction requesting aid from the Fey armies guarding that forest (wildwood pact)!

He don't break the rules of any license agreement. The premium videos gradually become free, which is a method I hadn't considered.

This sounds like an incredibly sad place. Through no fault of their own, but geography this place is essentially doomed.
