This was possibly the MOST helpful thing I've found on lead scoring in HS. I've been trying to work out how to tie scores to naming conventions for weeks now!! I'll admit I'm a bit embarrassed at how long it's taken me given how simple the solution is. Thanks so much for sharing - you've honestly just saved me so much time and probably the unnecessary task of having to pay a consultant to point out the obvious to me
Hi Noora! Great question! In the workflow we have set up where we add people to a static list, the enrollment criteria we use includes the property "Recent conversion". Unlike most other HubSpot properties, this property is calculated in real time and so does not contain a "History". As a result, if we just made an active list with the criteria "Recent conversion contain [RMI]", then as soon as someone in that active list converted on a different form that did not include "[RMI]", they would be removed from the list. We want them in both lists! Hope that was clear!
Hi Connor! There is no set max score for HubSpot Scoring, all scoring parameters are set by you based on your or your organization's needs. That's why it is important and helpful to plan out the scoring parameters you want to implement in your HubSpot Scoring property in a document, for example, you might decide the following: 1 point for a page view 1 point for an ad click 5 points for an email click 50 points for a specific form submission 500 points for a different form submission 1000 points for a meeting sign up etc. In this case, you can see that someone who has a score of 5 points maybe is only minimally engaged... but , again, it will just depend on what you decide to implement in your organization!

Hi! Why do you use a static list?

What is the maximum score? Giving someone 5 points doesn't mean much if you don't know what the max score is?
